I was rudely turned away when I came in with my peach form. It states on the reverse side that I would’ve able to p/u my missed package at the So. San Leandro before 5pm. I rushed to your location and walked in about 4:50pm. The agent (black lady) looks at my peach form and says “Tomorrow.” -That’s all she did as far as customer service. She made no attempt in helping me nor professional for that matter. I felt like I wasted my time and was treated with such disrespect for following an option that the USPS printed on this form as a “CHOICE”. I will make further complaints in order to rectify this horrible disregard to service and purpose. This is not acceptable!
