THis is why multitasking is so wasteful of valuable time. The hours, which are what I need, flash on screen for a split second, this this review box of yours comes up. I spent a minute trying to catch thos hours but couldn't . You fail. I'm trying so hard to stay focused on a few fires I haave to put out today... .. .

This office is terrible They say that they have tried to deliver a package to my business twice. They lie as we have someone here from 4am to 7pm All they need to do is go to the door and push the button if they a too lazy to do thay they could just drive up to the boxes on the street and put the box in one and leave the key in our box. I tried to call them and they never answer the phone. Getting more pissed off by the day. Manager and the carrier need to be fired. I guess this is why jokes are made about government employees.

Possibly the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I tried to call them because their stamp machine, which was supposed to print stamps, did not work and I was out a few bucks. I had to laugh because it printed out a receipt for my money even though I didn’t get the stamps. They could care less. If you call you’re going to get the standard greeting and a lot of information and then it will start to ring 25 to 30 times and then you’ll get a busy signal because they won’t answer. No customer service whatsoever. NONE. I love the caveat – these are not read by postal employees. So basically you might as well just speak to the sky.

Carrier on 19 Jan 21 jammed a package into my small mailbox which is a part of the La Costa View complex cluster of mailboxes. This was done instead of placing in a parcel locker. I called the La Costa post office, and was told the carrier would return and take the package to my door. I went out to the mail box again today, the package is still jammed in my mail box, and I am unable to retrieve my mail in addition to the package. Hopefully the carrier that comes here today will fix the problem. This was not good customer service on the part of the mail carrier.

Wednesday - Carrier left parcel locker key in my box, but customer lock is broken so unable to get package which is a prescription. Called La Costa post office, but only get busy signal.
Taped a note w/ name, address, phone # to parcel key and returned it to my box.
Thursday - began calling La Costa post office at 8 AM and continued throughout day. Continually busy. Nothing from carrier. At 4 pm began calling continually about 35 calls. At 4:59 someone answered. Had to explain problem several times as person did not seem to understand. Said all carriers had gone home. Would try to find someone to come out to open box. No one came.
Friday - began calling at 8 AM. Busy. At 8:53, carrier phoned, but unfortunately I was taking trash out. She left message stating she had message that "key was stuck" but since I did not answer she could not do anything till she delivered mail. She did not leave a call back #.
Have continued phoning, but line is just busy.
How is it possible that a government agency paid for by taxpayers does not have to answer their phone and be responsive to those who pay their salaries. Oh right it is the US government and US citizens do not matter.

Website lists service hours as 9-5, M-F. I called at 4:20 pm, phone rang 20 times then disconnected. I repeated this process twice with same result. The 4th and 5th times, someone picked up and immediately hung up after 8 rings. Wow, welcome to Customer Service, 2015. WTH, I went there yesterday to track an undelivered Priority Mail package, was treated well, then given the phone number and told to call back today. Unbelievable. I guess they want to start the weekend early.

Impossible to reach anyone or get your call returned. Basically a complete nightmare and a prime example of why the last thing we need is a bigger Federal Government. What a disaster, morons cannot even return a phone call.

Had a reservation to get Passports for my kids for an upcoming trip. I got a call from Bruce the day of the reservation. The passport agent had called in sick, and there was no plan B. She would call me Monday to reschedule. Today is Thursday--still no call. I have called the listed number about 20 times--busy signal every time. The phone is off the hook with no way to leave a message.Bad service, and our trip is getting closer. Now I'll have to pay through the nose for expedited service. See how that works? Great business model.
