Postal Locations

A package was supposed to be deliver Sunday march 19, still waiting…. It is Wednesday 22 no package no info on the web This is a recurrent incident.

I am having issues with our new postal person! Last week he left the back of our postal box open with all mail exposed for anyone to take ! I caught him to close it luckily! He apologized. So today I go to my postal box to pick up my mail Guess where it was ? On the top of the box! I am very upset with this new mailman ! I had several checks in this exposed pile! I live off of Bonita Mesa, on Grandview Place. I don't want to complain, but we are constantly getting our neighbors mail and they are receiving ours.Yesterday, we received five pieces of their mail and I don't know if they got our mail. It happened again today and I looked in their box, and sure enough, my magazine was there.I think he's new...a little more care would be appreciated!

I am a new eBay seller. There is an employee at the Bonita post office that is literally on me and my packages constantly. This person has reported me to eBay therefore, the post office will not pick up packages at my house and now and eBay will not give me discounts on shipping. As I'm writing this I'm sure you're familiar with the employee I'm speaking of, he is a perfectionist. I feel as though I have become a Target. Some of my things are held back in plastic bins that I am unaware that they have been delivered. As an eBay seller I also purchase items from eBay. Some of the items I receive are in substandard Packaging from all over the United States that I know for 100% I could not get away with at the Bonita office because this person literally picks up my packages if he sees me putting one in the box for delivery. I have a PO Box at this office and would like to keep it there but if I feel like I can continually being harassed further I will end my business and not visit this post office anymore. $0. 30 is not a reason to hold my customers package for a few days and then put it back in my PO BOX because my label is off a few pennies. There are times when I do over pay and I'm not over there banging down the doors to get my money back. I can't send packages for my residence and I can't receive eBay discounts anymore over $0. 30 that has been missing on one or two of my packages. I would love a resolution to this and I sort of feel like it's personal. I give that post office a lot of business I spend a lot of money on postage there... I may have to consider a different avenue like Federal Express or UPS Plus I may have to cancel my PO box at the Bonita office. Thank you for your time in advance. Tracy Wiman

Dear Postmaster: I hope Juan, our regular delivery person, will be coming back soon. We have been getting some really rude people delivering to 1033 Calle Mesita 91902 but today's takes the cake for rudeness! First, he had a large package to deliver and he THREW it off the truck onto the pavement. Of course, it is electronic. We'll see if it works. Then he COMPLAINED, for the second time, that I had outgoing packages for him. He threw then in the back of the truck and muttered about how they were just going to have to get all mixed up. Last time he tried to refuse outgoing packages, just a few light enough for me to carry and I just stood there and looked at him and he complained there wasn't enough room in the truck for them...although the truck didn't even have the floorbed covered. I wish you could improve his attitude! So disgusted. Thanks, the Smiths
