FYI , I have had a few problems this week. A letter ( bill payment ) was picked up from my mail box for delivery and it ended up in my neighbors mailbox. The neighbor notified me of error and told me she delivered to the post office. Today I received another bill and it looks like it was opened and resealed. Mail carrier always on her cell phone maybe that contributes to mistakes.

Great Job !!!

I’m tired of the bad postal workers that are being employed. I’ve written RTS on so much mail and the next day the idiot carrier puts it back in my mailbox. They deliver packages incorrectly by leaving them on top of the mailbox rather than deliver it to my door. Ive had multiple letters for outgoing and the carrier puts in my mailbox. I took the test when I was 19 reading isn’t a hard concept especially when your job is to match the numbers to the displayed address. Recently they have been entering packages as delivered and no package is delivered and it takes so much time contacting them that I’m forced to wait to the next day. They need to higher a much more competent staff and stop passing people on the Test that seems to clearly be illiterate.

I don’t understand why the text said it is out for delivery and I was waiting then later in the afternoon when they are already closed, they text ready for pick-up. I didn’t catch up with the mailman to talk about it. There is another day anyway.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Our postal person is not reliable at all!

I see bad reviews, so I have to add a good one. I've been going here since it first opened. It replaced a closer one to me which was on Euclid by Imperial when they put in this new office park. It's a roomy building and I've never had bad service. Just don't get there 2 minutes before closing! Like anywhere, sometimes there's a wait, but it's a pleasant room. The employees are very nice. Best of all it has longer hours than other post offices around here.

They are the worst post office I haven't gotten my package I was supposed to get before Saturday. They sent it on a different route and then I called to hold it so I could pick it up at the post office and they sent it out. The supervisor Claudia told me it would be at m house today and I shouldn't worry but it's 6:00 PM and my mail is here but not my package. I'm more than mad about it.

The mail delivery is decent at times but the actual post office staff are terrible. The mail man purposely hit my trash cans and a couple neighbors cans to knock them over into the street. The cans were nearly 8 feet away from the mail box and in no way obstructing him. I called the post office to put in a complaint and the person on the phone said that they are going to look into it and stop delivery of my mail for having trash cans in the street. There should be a new staff hired
