They don't like to answer the phone. They don't like to deliver your packages either. They don't like to give you proper updates on your deliveries. They don't like to leave updates when a delivery was attempted even tho they said they did. :*(

Worst attitude! Not the first time. Main post office on third ave. Rude filipino employee. Raised her voice and was sarcastic during taking my payment with credit card.

It's not helping our case against this office if you are leaving RACIST anti-filipino comments. Go join the KKK.

My experience at the 750 3rd Ave, chula vista Ca 91910 location was HORRIBLE!!! Kathy was EXTREMELY RUDE, SARCASTIC, and BELITTLING me. It was my first time returning a package and instead of helping me me kindness shes was RUDE!!! SHE needs to get re trained on how to handle customer service and work on her attiude because shes not quality to work around people if her attitude is like this .

Hi, I have been calling 619.498.0687 to USPS location on 3rd ave in Chula Vista since 841a and I have yet to get thru! I made 11 calls, the phone rings but no 1 answers. At 1130a, Cathy answered then she hang up on me twice!. Since then there is no answer! This the problem I am trying to resolve: I am expecting a package from Amazon. On Wed 2/12/20, I received the following messages from Amz : "Delivery attempted today at 7:08pm. Unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and it is holding it for you to pick up...." "Unfortunately, USPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." I don't understand why it is on hold at the USPS and waiting for me to pick it up! Why can't it be delivered to my residence as it has traditionally been done for years up to now?. Please email me your response and PLEASE deliver the package to my residence.

Hello, I am waiting for a box that apparently already arrived at your address on 3rd Ave, I have been monitoring the package for my brother Miguel Angel which he will pick up tomorrow just in case the Post Office puts my number on the pick-up card. Thanks

This is the worst office ever. They never answer the phone and when they answer it they're rude and unhelpful. They have the most ignorant employees who knows nothing about work ethics. I once requested hold mail but they didn't honor my request. When I returned from my vacation, I found mail piled up in my mailbox.

The worst... The mail lady opened my gate with my dog in the yard.. she didn't get hurt but now she won't deliver my mail even though she carries it in her truck. She won't even give it to us if we meet her outside our gate. So now I have to jump through hoops and put a mailbox OUTSIDE my gate where it will likely get stolen or PAY for P.O. box... Absolutely RIDICULOUS... Just sucks that they are a government organization.
