Tengo 2 meses con un tarjeta de sentri perdida fui a preguntar y dijieron que por el apeido no la pusieron pero tampoco la regresaron entonces donde esta? Correjimos el apeido y se volvio a pedir y tampoco aparece volvi a pregungar y solo dicen que tienen una caja llena de correspondecia para devolver pero que no saben cuando lo vayan a hacer que no tienen tiempo o sea que se paga por un apartado para que? para retengan las cartas importantes y las revuelvan. Acaso no tienen a alguien que realise ese trabajo. Aparte que las señoras que atienen te atieden de muy la maga tienen pesimo servicio al cliente.
