i live in country roads. You have given us the most incompetent person as our postal person. besides mail being returned stating we don't live here, we have gone along with the change of times when we can get our packages. Now we are to wait until She puts a flag out to pick up packages. so in 115' weather we have to go down multiple times to wait for when she feels like opening the door. She is incompetent and you know it from all the complaints you get. Please fix this.
Hello, I filled out change of address form online for my father, he's a Yuma resident, paid the fee of $24.95. Mastercard Debit. Clicked make payment. The processing page kept spinning and never completed. I don't want to go back in and try it again and pay twice. Is there an online help number or what do you suggest.
