I am furious with the postal service I am receiving. All of my important documents, tax information, registrations for my vehicles, income statements are all being delivered to my neighbors addresses not mine. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Your service is dismal. I have had outgoing mail in my mailbox since Saturday and I received no mail yesterday nor today. It is now after 6 pm and no mail yet!!!

Looking to see if you've received priority mail from Seattle and when its due to be dropped off, or if it's sitting there in the office and it would be faster for me to pick it up

I processed a forwarding address in April to NM to start on May 1st. I had to call in June because our mail was not being forwarded. I was promised that it would be forwarded. All mail. As of August we are still getting mail in our mail box that is not being forwarded to NM. Some of it is time sensitive. I have put in for another forward to start right away to end October 1st. No one will answer the phones. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE! It is ridiculous to have to keep calling because we are not getting our mail.

When will the Coyote Springs mailboxes be returned with regular mail delivery resumed?

Coyote Springs Box Cluster
I understand the residents in the Coyote Springs area were given notice about the mail box upgrade/relocation project, but this process is extremely problematic. I waited 1 hour 8 min to be told “We can’t find your mail.” I am supposed to receive some very important legal documents, so this has caused some great stress for me and my wife. My wife and I both travel for work during the week so we are unable to go to the annex during the available hours of operation. In my opinion temporary mailboxes, or delivering to our homes would have been a more appropriate way to get mail to the residents.

Where is my mail? It’s been 5 days, your voice mail is full, my street is clear as is my mailbox. What is the problem? Address is 13231 E Buckshot Rd.
