Been with this post office going on 3 yrs. We have no mail delivery to our home. Only PO BOX!. Alot of companies wont accept a PO BOX so the post office is just returned to sender even if both physical and Po BOX is on the mail, package, ect What are we to do? Its Christmas and a very important gift was returned and is in limbo. Please tell me what to put on information for address when Po BOX is not accepted I just want the package.

We have been a customer for over 6 years, the service on deliveries is a complete CHAOS, we have been waiting for a letter form an Attorney in the valley for 3 weeks, it was returned, our address was on there as well as the P.O. Box (we do not receive mail at our house), the post master said they only scan the 3rd. line, and said not their responsibility to look at the address and make sure it is delivered, she also explained it is in postal rules, hummm, she was extremely rude, no customer service what so ever, was very smug and kept rolling her eyes, had a Toxic attitude, and refused to give me her name. You really have to love the way everyone is treated at this post office, and the employee's being treated this way, I hope more people express their interaction with the post office.

Would better with longer hours or open on Saturday. I can see why everyone thinks the USPS has gone down hill in the last 20 years.

Had three packages put in the wrong mailbox in the last month. I recovered only one. All the post office says is that they were delivered - ya but to who?

Husband and I pay 6 months at a time for a po box here. Family was trying to send our children a package using amazon prime, but it won't take a po box. We remembered there was an option for another address to use, but couldn't find the paper so I called the office and got a rude worker who kept telling me I wasn't the owner and that I'm using a "free box" and then I clarified who I was because she didn't not ask for it. I even gave her my husband's name and she told me he was the owner and that people who use "free boxes get to use the po box number". Well I immediately had my husband call because she had me in tears, he was greeted with the same disrespect and made sure she looked at the account and made her acknowledging that we are on the account and that we pay for it and that my name is also listed. But she insisted on her rant. He ended up getting the information for the other address to use and that all we need to do is fill out a simple form!
