After five years of living at our house, the carrier Service was asking if we still live there. If I have to put in a change of address, I go to my local post office and they said they have nothing to do with my mail getting to me or not getting to me. what kind of post office has nothing to do With who gets mail at what mailbox. They were no help and told me to go talk to the carrier. I had to stand there and fill out something saying that we’re the only ones that get mail at this address that goes to the carrier. So I had to do his job because he didn’t like me and he treated me as I needed to just leave. He told me to step aside instead of actually doing his job.
What a nightmare, they were asked twice to deliver and leave package in safe place. Nope
Package has been returned to postage address twice and I have to pay for re delivery NOT using the useless USPS
Tried calling the post office in Laveen, NO answer as they hang up
Truly scandalous and shameful. ZERO professional pride

I'd like to thank the lady with the blond curly hair for helping me with my package. She went out of her way to check how much my postage would be and even gave me stickers to write down the delivery address on my pacakge. I really appreciate her assitance.
So this is the 3 time that I have came to check my mail after work it is 645pm and on this web site it says that the lobby hours are until 700pm. And the door was already locked. If there are new lobby hours then someone should really fix the web site to the correct hours. Because driving all the way over here for it to be locked is unfair and a waste of gas just to have it locked. When the website clearly says lobby closes at 700pm.
We live in an acre property subdivision literally across 51st Avenue from the Post Office in Laveen, AZ.
We have not received countless items mailed to us. Our neighbors constantly bring us mail that was left at their house and we do the same for other's mail left at our house. Yesterday we received a text notification from the USPS that a package was left on our porch at 12:11. Unfortunately, they did not leave it at OUR door step. And now no one at the post office will respond. I made a trip to the post office and they promised a supervisor would call, but they haven't
Saturday at Home Depot a stranger used their truck to help us when our AC wouldn't fit in our car. He said he was a mail carrier at Laveen and didn't take any money. All he said was keep using USPS. Thank you good guy mail carrier.
