I have a problem with the postman that delivers my mail when it's not Rubin my regular. He is leaving mail that won't fit in the mailbox on the ground in front of the mailbox which is close to the street. Unfortunately, it was a brown box and i didn't see it til my mail fell to the ground. I don't know how long it was there. I'm expecting more then normal packages soon and i am concerned! Rubin always brings packages to my door.

Monday, August 30th I was very disappointed to see employees allowing customer in line who were NOT wearing mask. When I ask the lady serving me why she said nothing to the 3 people she served who were in front of me without a mask, she said it not my job. It is the responsibility of the person who is in charge job to make them wear mask. The sign stating mask are mandatory is clearly on the 2 doors as you enter the building. Someone need to enforce this mandate or don't bother to put the sign up.

My car was broken into and my keys were take. My roommate moved out a few weeks ago so I was left without access to the mailbox since he didn't leave the key. I requested to have my mail held since I had important things coming and went to pick my mail up. After 15 min of waiting the gentleman at the office finally came back to let me know my mail was not in any of the 3 holding places and they called the mail man but he didn't answer his phone. Then asked me for my phone number. I was outraged. I asked to speak to the supervisor. She comes out and has an attitude the whole time. She didn't care that my mail
Wasn't there or that I was visibly upset. She basically did a "whelp! He isn't answering so..." And I said so what are you going to do? This was a dumb question since she had zero solutions for me other than driving back tomorrow which I refused. I am then told she will have the mailman deliver my mail and call me when he is on his way. I never got a phone call or mail so I called since they are now almost closing. The supervisor answered and said he called back after I left and tried back. Well, I wasn't home yet. I don't live right around the corner which is why I didn't want to drive back. She says he tried a few times which is not accurate and that he called which I informed her was also incorrect. She said he left a message. I said no he didn't. So now she blames me for giving the wrong phone number. Why would I do that? Then says they will have it available tomorrow for me. She really went full circle on this forgetting I told her i was unable to pick it up tomorrow then goes as far as to say I didn't place a hold on my mail. So I told her I had a confirmation number. Instead of asking for it or even offering help getting access to my mail she cut me off and asked what I wanted. I said to have it delivered today. She couldn't hurry me off the phone any faster. Thanks a lot for your crap service and total lack of empathy
