Why is the phone disconnected or off the hook at this post office? I am unable to call because it is disconnected.

I never send mail anymore but had to mail just one letter, after living here for 4 years. I took it inside, stood in line just to make sure it did not get dropped by the mailbox. I handed it to the mailman and it wasn't that important that I had to insure it, but it had something important to me. Well, it never showed up. One piece of mail I send in 4 years and it gets lost is not a good track record for you guys.

Every time I go here in person the workers are so nice and kind and I learn how to be better at packing and labeling my postage with each visit. They tell me little tips to make my postage faster or what formate I should use when the postage is international which is really nice! Thanks guys!!

Why has my package been sitting at the Tolleson Post Office for 10 days? It has to travel 100 miles to get to me in Tucson but now will not arrive in time for Christmas. Really awful.

One of the employees that helped us today was just flat out thoughtless and rude. She thought she was being funny and joking around. Where is the professionalism? I made mention that I tried to fill out and print a shipping label online but it would not work. She flat out stated with sarcasm, " No you didn't!" After that interaction a different gentleman took over and helped me, which he was great, but as I finished my experience the original young woman came over and kept trying to play around sarcastically. This time she interjected and said, "next time you come in at two o'clock, you should...." Let me make mention that it was not two o'clock and even if it was, be professional and help the customer. In the times we are living right now, a little grace and kindness can go a long way. Please save yourself a trip and go to a different location.

The decontamination of international packages as tolleson should take a day, tops. These clowns have been sitting on multiple packages for weeks, despite the fact that they were mailed months ago. Tried to call during business hours, no answer. Tried to email usps at like 3 different customer service addresses, no joy. I cannot stand the usps. Ever since the pandemic, these clowns have used it as an excuse to take their normally substandard service and make it completely nonfunctional. Get your act together, usps.

I had a package from China stall at this facility too. According to my tracking number, my package has been at the Tolleson location for a week. Looking at your post, I guess it's going to be a long wait!?! Is Tolleson a distribution center for packages too?

NuttySquirrel it's a decontamination facility for packages from china, although considering our covid-19 numbers are way higher than the rest of the world at this point, if anything they should probably be decontaminatin outgoing global mail, not incoming.

mail delivery on our route is some of the worst I have ever known for more than 50 yrs. Our carrier was injured in an accident awhile back and we are so happy that she is back, but when she is off and her substitute takes over I am going to say this" this person is STUPID". I'm not sorry, the truth needs to be told. She puts pkg's in the wrong box and then puts a broken key for the wrong box in my box...??? my pkg. is in a box that the key for it is in some one else's box!!?? each key is tagged with the correct number but she can't read nor is she capable of knowing that the front half of the key is missing???this puts my pkg's in jeopardy of being stolen and that can not be tolerated. Some of them have prescription drugs! can you see the problems that occur when a person like this is allowed to handle mail? My next contact is with the Postmaster General. it is sad when someone is so bad that just reading and paying attention is too hard for them to do.

I always get great and friendly service at the Tolleson Post Office. I still like the feel of small town Post Office.
