I received notification I had 2 package delivered HOWEVER surprise surprise NOTHING!! I called the post office and guess what?? No answer they didn’t pick up the phone & no voicemail. I called the number that is listed above.
I have had bad problems with this post office three times in the past six months and will not ship through them again. Packages were lost, returned to a wrong address, and recently a pkg I paid to ship never got the paid label placed on it so it came back no postage. It was shipped a second time though I never got a second tracking #. It never arrived and now I can't track it. If it isn't worth a longer drive or more postage to go through UPS, I won't be shipping with USPS.
Totally agree with prior comment. The staff is very hit or miss.... mostly miss. I feel if you are the casual customer here, they will not go an extra distance to help you out. So I think their customer service in general is poor. They need people that come to work and don't complain, or give the sensation to customers that we are causing them grief and hardship.
