There is no better staff than the folks at this facility! Even during the Christmas rush, they are kind and helpful. It is always clean, organized, and have a smile.

I recently changed my address there to a temporary address at my daughter's which is 735 South Winthrop circle and I'm unsure if I put (South) Winthrop circle instead of say east or west etc...Is there a way for me to find out online because its supposed to be good for 6 months.. Thank you

Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Was not. Callled on saturday to locate package and have deliver to door because office closes at noon on satureday. I was told the carrier does whatever she wants. If she wants to bring the package to office she will. We. Any make her bring to the door. Really???? I pay for shipping and they just want to deliver to wherever. My door is the adresss. It the office. Horrible customer service. Same old lazy post office. Getting paid 50+k a year to be lazy.

This post office is terrible. I have been waiting for them to deliver a package to my house that requires a signature. I signed up for text updates to notify me when the package was going to be delivered. I waited at home all day because the website said the package was out for delivery. Finally after 4:30, I get a text saying that they attempted delivery and left a notice. They did neither of those things. Same story on Monday. I called USPS to have them hold the package at the post office. I tried to call this branch today to be sure they were going to hold the package for me. But when I call the number listed above, I just get a busy signal. This has been made all the more frustrating because the package has my medication in it that I need. I am out of town for the week and now have to go 5 days without my medication because they cannot deliver mail to my house.

I have never had a problem with the regular mail carrier but today a very unprofessional older man who was dressed casually and driving a personal vehicle delivered a package and threw a fit when I asked him why he was opening neighbors mailboxes. The numbers are clearly written on top of each mailbox. He did not appear to be a postal employee and my question was reasonable but his response was, I can do whatever I want. His plates weren't visible either so I started to record him for the police and he told me that was illegal. If your going to have that individual deliver mail he should be identifying himself and behaving in a reasonable manner. He obviously needs to be given extensive training. Throwing a childish tantrum because your asked a legitimate question is absurd! The woman at the post office knew exactly who he was when I called. I certainly hope this man doesn't have reason to be here again. No wonder the post office has the reputation it does.
