The key to our Trilogy mailbox does not open the P1 Parcel box. I have meds awaiting me. We left a note for our carrier but the key still doesn’t work. Help!

I receive an email daily telling me what I will receive in the mail each day. I live in Trilogy, where the mail is supposed to be delivered to a neighborhood mailbox. This has not happened! We have not received mail in at least two days! What is going on with the lack of mail delivery? There are important documents and bills that are time sensitive and should be delivered, What happened to neither rain nor........? Maybe Amazon should take over the Postal service? We might pay more but at least we would receive our mail.

Our USPS mail in the past several months has been very inconsistent in delivery time. Delivery used to be mid afternoon, then that changed to late afternoon. Some days seem to be even after dark. One day lately they left our larger mail box open and unlocked with mail and packages inside. Sometimes mail is put in the wrong box. I hope you can be more consistent.

this postal office really sucks !, them loosing packages putting in the wrong box is absolutely absurd, they always blame it onto human error yet im costly out of money since can’t get dispute with vendors… this is extremely frustrating and upsetting!!!!!! 3 packages lost in one week due to “ human error “it’s absolutely BS 🤬

I placed a hold on my mail. Indicated I would pick up my mail. They decided to do what they wanted and delivered my mail. Why bother asking questions you will later disregard? I was expecting something I did not want sitting in my mail box. Awesome job.

I keep getting mail for the wrong address in my mailbox. It begs the question what mail of mine is being put into the wrong mailbox. This is unacceptable!!!

There has been multiple times that mail has been incorrectly delivered into my mailbox; my neighbors get mine and I get the folk next door. Have even had one of my deliveries almost get delivered to the wrong location and the mail person laughed and said "I almost delivered it somewhere else!"; incorrect delivery seems to happen often with this person. Is there anyway that this could be corrected?

My postbox has been disabled by the post office worker and a note posted saying that I should pick up my mail at the post office. I am physically disabled and unable to stand for extended periods of time, so I cannot do this. How can I arrange to have my mail delivered to me ? The service delivery at this Val Vista Annex is truly horrible.

We've had a problem the whole time we've lived here, 23 years. The post office simply cannot always deliver the mail to the correct address. I always re-deliver or put it back in the mail box when I get someone else's mail. Not everyone is as honest though, since I am so often missing my People and Time magazines, and who knows what else. I am so sick of the incompetent employees at the Gilbert post office! Just had to vent.

First off, the creeps won't answer their phone and they want me to PAY .75 cents so they will call me back. Then you try calling their 800 number and they want you to enter a 25-digit tracking number only to discover they're saying they already delivered the package you NEVER received.
