Missing Mail, I'm really tired of "Not" receiving all my mail. The delivery person does not deliver "Any" Grocery Ads, or any other flyer. I am missing mail, that I did see on my Informed Delivery, it just never shows up. This is messed up and wrong. This post office needs to fix this problem now.
My mailbox got ran over last week and my mailman refuses to deliver my mail in my mail slot at my door. He will honk his horn for me to go outside and get the mail. Over the weekend he came inside my office and started cursing at my employees stating that he won't be $#@&ing delivering my mail anymore. Also, last month I was having a package delivered and I got an email from the USPS stating that "there is no such address." My address on the package was correct and it is such an address as I get mail at my location all the time. My package was returned to the sender and they resent it to the same address a second time and it was delivered. I understand there are issues here and there as to people make mistakes, but from all the reviews I've read about this post office location they have too many mistakes. I will be going to the Postmaster and speaking to him/her about the mailman. His attitude and language is unacceptable. I've never encountered a rude/mean/angry/lazy mailman ever in my 38 years of life.
BEWARE! Overnight delivery may not happen with the Mesa Mountain View Post Office on University. I paid $47 to have important medication mailed via USPS overnight delivery. The tracking information showed the package arrived at this post office the morning after it was mailed, but the post office delivered it to me 5 days later.
So ordered an item from ebay months ago and today i find that an Attempt to deliver a UPS SURE POST PACKAGE TO MY ADDRESS WAS made june 30th. Instructions were left SUPPOSEDLY. WELL UPS SAYS TO CONTACT USPS WHO SAYS THE TRACKING NUMBER AND STATUS DO NOT EXIST. WORST OF ALL MY WALLET WENT MISSING so I AM CALLING THE 855 but placed on a forty to 60 min wait to be answered by the next avail representative. Hopefully it is in my spouses name or can be redelivered. Informed delivery is useless. Why haven’t i been informed before the 30th on the 30th and heck even frikn after the 30th that i needed to be on the hunt or prepared to accept a package. I think informed said one day that a package was coming so i went to dashboard and it said nothing was coming. Smfh. Well 22:07 in to the call and one step further behind if they return the item to sender. Please now redeliver the item or instructions to 2650 E mckellips rd Unit 211 85213
Discovered KEY does not unlock box so I can get my package, which is a PLANT. Called the phone number above, but it is busy, can't leave a message. Nothing on this website tells me how to get my problem resolved. The problem is that the mail does not come to my house until after 4:30 PM I have noticed. The plant may NOT survive the excessive heat in the METAL box and how am I going to get the box open if the key does not work?

Overall, very good; except for the jerk in charge of deliveries (MTN. VIEW) ! Certain food flyers (Fry's/Albertson's/Safeway) need to be received by Tues. afternoon in order to be beneficial; Wed. is TOO LATE ! Anyone using them to plan their food budget needs to get them in a timely manner so as to know what discounts or specials will be available, especially when it's SENIORS' or VETERANS' DISCOUNT DAY ! Take care of this problem or I'll deal with the little bastard MYSELF !
Unfortunately the remedy to my problem a year ago was just for a year, my packages are still being left in the hold box with the key still on the outside not being placed in my mail box.This should be a no brainer.

Have been trying to get a card delivered with pertinent info to addressee. The post office keeps returning card to Tucson saying there is no such address. The address is correct. We then sent card certified mail and it was returned back to Tucson post office and has been routed. This all begin 9/25/17 and it is now 10/5/17 which is 10 postal days and it is still not delivered. Impossible to contact the post office. Phone always busy. It would be nice to talk to a manager but impossible.
Have now tried to call them 40 times over the past 6 hours today and no one answers the phone. Would rather not have to ask my question in person because there is always one person working and moving at a ridiculously slow pace. The line is always out the door so the wait is about an hour. Always different people working this route so things get confused and inconsistent!
My package arrived at their facility and then was out for delivery since 12/4/13. It is now 12/12/13 and still no package has arrived. I've emailed in complaints and even spoken with a few people at the office. They claim that the package was there but it left for delivery and they cant track it anymore. I have been told twice now that they will talk to the carrier and figure out where my package went. Tim told me he would call me back once he investigates further. I highly doubt that he will. This post office does not know what they are doing. The second package that I ordered a week after the "lost package" arrived yesterday. If one package can be delivered perfectly fine explain to me how my other one didnt make it.
