Worst mail service I have ever experienced! Constantly wrong mail in my box and recently when my mail box got full was given 10 days or the mailbox was treated as vacated and everything returned to sender! I don’t see 10 days anywhere on the USPS website!
I have your package tracing service. Information I received today was a package was delivered at my front door @ 12:55PM (I was home). Checked my door 5 minutes later. Nothing --Found the package 2 hours later over a block away on a other street. Address not even close to mine. What's going on? Can't read addresses? Our tracking number follows

After complaining to the U.S. Postal Service and to the local post office manager, about his Carrier in my service area, the problem is still continuing as if nothing was done. My main complaint was this 'Postal Carrier' putting "RETURN TO SENDER" mail back in my mailbox several times after being repeatedly told not to. Post manager assured me he was going to take care of the problem, but the mail carrier is either stupid or just doesn't care. I have also gotten other people's mail put in my mailbox and I have had to put back into outgoing slot. This morning I tried calling the Cave Creek post office to again to complain about the same thing again, but they don't answer their phone. U.S. Postmaster is my next call.
I am reporting a lost mail package. Yunexpress says they delivered to to Cave Creek PO and it shows delivered but is was never delivered.

We have lived in Cave Creek for 4 years. There have been multiple failures on the part of the postman and/or your office to deliver mail in a timely manner to locations locally and around the country. We have had to pay late fees on payments that were sent on time, but did not arrive at the local address for weeks. We have resent packages to recipients only to have the original package arrive weeks after the mailing date. Most recently, a package sent to Florida out of a UPS store (eventually through your office) on August 9 has yet to arrive. We have lived in several states and have NEVER had this kind of irresponsible and poor service from the US Post Office. Deplorable!
There is a mean-spirited female employee at the Cave Creek USPS: Yesterday, I drove an old friend to the facility so that he could mail an eBay, prepaid package. The lady was looking for a fight, and she told him that there was insufficient postage paid. It was, she said, about fifty cents short. She told him to go home, communicate with eBay and obtain another mailing label. I drove my elderly friend to the USPS facility on Williams Street where I took the package to an employee who greeted me politely, accepted the small package, and handed me a receipt. The woman at the Cave Creek USPS was obviously looking for a confrontation, and she succeeded in making two old men's lives unnecessarily tense and uncomfortable. People like that woman should not be allowed to harass customers of the USPS. There is something going on in her head that causes her to behave with anger and animosity.

The last few months our mail service has been terrible. Mail not delivered until after 6pm. Wrong mail in boxes, sometimes all our mail is delivered to another neighbor. Have missed bills and have gotten late fees because if it. Credit cards were never delivered to our box.
Constantly, at least twice a week, receiving wrong mail belonging to other residents in our neighborhood community. Don't mind it once in awhile but this many times is just not acceptable. Finally got frustrated enough to call our local post office. We have no outgoing drop box to place mail where we live just a neighborhood central group mail box system for receiving. Would be nice to have one so I would not have to do this delivery persons job for them.
This email is a strong complaint. We have had very important documents delivered to the wrong mail box on numerous occasions. With all the fraud going on I am losing my trust with this delivery person. He or she is making a lot of mistakes recently. I would like to be reassured that this person has been notified and will be watched carefully.
