Postal Locations

I have tried since the first of May to get my mail forwarded to my new address in Pensacola, FL. I went in the office on 5/7/25 to check on the mail not being forwarded and told I had some mail there. I asked about the forwarding and the agent didn’t know what the problem was. Today I called again because I do not have mail forwarded. I was given a phone number to call for technical help. I called and will get additional assistance in a few days. I was, also, told that I could change my mailing address on line or IN THE LOCAL POST OFFICE!!! I have begged for help from them and they have never offered to change my address knowing the problems I have had. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!

Change of address application online has given me a difficult time Concerning the change. Day after day, for more than a week, I have tried to do an address change online. The problem that is consistent is that all of my payment cards are declined due to an invalid hosted address for each card. I even changed the address of the cards to the new address and I still run into the same problem. USPS, I've called numerous facilities in my area and neither of them phones during business hours. I am now in Baldwin County, Alabama. This situation is current.
