Our mail has been found on the ground in rainy weather. Packages left at the gate not protected in rainy weather or STUFFED in the mail box. Certified letters signed my postal carrier and put in mailbox not brought to the house. I want packages delivered to my door as I am 82 and don't drive. Thank you and have a great day.

I live on a horse farm 11 miles from the post office. I have had to make 5 trips (22 miles roundtrip) because the carrier won't leave a package on the front or back porch of the farmhouse, or at the enclosed drop box approximately 100 feet in front of the mailbox. We all have cell phones, so call me when you turn onto my road and I will wait at the mailbox if necessary. frustrating

Yesterday the mail carrier left my package in front of the garage door rather than bringing it to my front door. I had no idea it was sitting there when I got into my vehicle to leave. The result was that when I pulled out of the garage I ran over the package crushing the contents. Please instruct your carriers to always bring my delivery around to the front door.

This is not a review. I am simply trying to call the office to inquire about a UPS package that accidently was put into a mail box as it was delivered to the wrong person. I am looking for a small brown package that was to be shipped to 405 Park Ave., Apartment 808 in Foley. Unfortunately, it was the wrong address and should have gone to 708. Is there someone that can get back with me. The shipment arrived on Tuesday 6/21 and the resident put it in the mail box. This is very important. Please contact me ASAP.

I have never experienced more odd problems at any post office. They have a lot of staff and a lot of clients. My mail has gone "astray" numerous times. The lines are long. My mail is "available for pick up" but, not there. The Twilight Zone of mail delivery is here.

I am constantly having to track lost packages to no avail. I get notified that a pkg has been delivered but never is to my address. They never answer their phone. My regular mail is not getting to me. I have no idea what black hole all the mail is falling in!

We just moved to Foley a couple months ago and we have NEVER had more terrible service. We go days without getting mail. I have informed delivery so I know what I'm supposed to get and don't get it. The mail lady lost an important check. Sometimes we get mail after 7 o'clock pm! They never answer the phones. AND THEY LOST a $200 package at the Foley post office that I dropped off because they were too lazy to scan it in and now I can file a claim!!!! I will be contacting someone higher up! Not acceptable!!!

Since our old postmistress retired, we have had the worse service. Not only does our mail always come so late, and sometimes after 5 PM. But the mail we get sometimes is not ours, and our mail is sent to others. We have a schedule from our supplier and tells us something is delivered, then he/she comes by and no mail....Geez !! When does this stop and we get decent service again ?

Love going to this location. ALL of the employees are so kind and helpful. They are always smiling. They make it a very enjoyable experience especially when they are busy and we have to wait.

Did you ever receive any info on the P.O. in Peadro, Alabama? I'm trying to locate any info on that community as well. Thanks
