They are open from 9-6pm
I received a notice that they were unable to deliver due to front door or driveway not accessible. That is a complete lie! Other mail was delivered on 12/20/22
The notice was from 5:51pm.
Please remind your employees to be honest! If they can not get to it - then that’s one thing. But to straight out low is a complete different thing!! Get it together!!!
I have been trying to make a Passport appointment for two weeks now and I have called both the 99519 Post Office and the 99577 Post Office phone numbers on a continual basis at least 5 times a day. I get continual busy signal at the Eagle River Office and the Postmark PO I get a recording that their voicemail is maxed full and won't take any more calls. In addition, the "appointment" page for those two numbers have a URL to make an "online" appt but it simply takes you back to the PO page with no selection to make an appointment. I am suppose to fly to Carribean the first week of January and since Nov. 17 I have been unable to speak to ANY passport personnel.
I sent several boxes at $100. per box from Washington to Eagle River. I was home in two weeks, picked up my postal slips in my post office box so I could pick up my boxes. The lady at the counter said they were already returned to the sender. My post office box number was the return address. The lady behind the counter took my slips from me and put them in her stack behind the counter. I asked if she could track them by the tracking number. She looked them up and said they were in their dead mail in Atlanta and again piled my slips in her pile. I asked to have my postal slips back so I could make a claim. She gave them to me. I made a claim and was told if they are already in Atlanta there was nothing they could do. I filed claims and a postal worker said they would look for them. I’ve never heard a word. All this money paid to ship boxes and no help from the post office. I’ve lost my possessions and have received no reimbursement from the post office. Six months later and I’ve never heard a word of was reimbursed for my postage. Inexcusable.
We have not received any mail in three weeks; our bills were returned to sender and we found out when one of our Drs called us to update our address due to mailed bills being returned. We went to the post office and spoke with Ritchie who had Andrea call us to tell us that our mail box was broken and mail could not be delivered, which was untrue and we have a video that the post boxes (we live in an apt building) are fine, but she refused to watch it and refused to address the issue. So we placed the mail on hold so we could just pick it up, since they can't deliver. So then we received the email notice telling us we have stuff on hold, we go there speak with Ryan and he tells us there is nothing on hold. Today we get a call from my wife's brother, telling us he has just received notice from the USPS saying we had "refused" the package and sent back!!! how? why? mail is on hold AND we always get a ticket for big packages since they don't fit!!! What the hell is going on there!!!! This is creating a lot of issues for us, anyone else out there?
Came home today to several peoples mail torn open and crammed into my mailbox. Was hardly able to pull it out. Have been trying to reach the post office all afternoon but no avail. They don't answer their phone... worst service ever.
My mail is not being delivered to my mail box ,but to my neighbors boxes ,and packges left with my next door neighbor , now i can understand why i never got my covid relieve money ,hope someone else is enjoying it or needed more than me ,dont see how thats posible ,!
I’m very frustrated!!! For the past 5 weeks our large mail boxes with the keys have been full!!! I don’t know why it would be allowed for these two boxes to be left like that. The mail person has crammed our packages into our tiny box! On two separate days our boxes were thrown in our yard!!!! This is unacceptable and rude. The boxes should at least should have been placed on our front porch! I took photos of our damaged mail!
The mail carrier keeps getting giving our mail to 7177. We are at 7477. We have gotten notices from utilities, Social Security, Work, etc. Some of the mail has been time sensitive for work and it's not just one day here or there. My neighbor now knows are plight and is scanning his mail everyday and is still getting our mail regularly. Today was our mortgage, investment portfolios, medical insurance bills as well as healthcare information, and the usual junk mail. It's really nice to have my family's HIPAA as well as our finances just willy nilly placed in someone else's box. I cannot get through to anybody at the ER post office to rectify this. I guess I will be taking this to the ADC/HQ
Could the Hiland Rd. delivery employee PLEASE STOP THROWING THE MAIL TO THE BACK OF THE MAIL BOX.
Who ever it is, it is getting worse. Today my mail was standing on edge at the very back of the box. This has to be intentional.
