The postal service sucks! I had an email saying they couldn’t deliver because of an animal. I call BS the neighbors across has a dog which is always in a leash. They never came by. And when they do they leave it on the porch and it always gets stolen. Because she’s too lazy to put it safely in a locked box which they have 10 boxes. Her friend’s also work there so you know nothing will happen

I arrived home from vacation and found a slip of paper stating they were unable to deliver because a signature was needed. I went to post office on Saturday and was told they could not locate my mail. They said someone would call me in a couple of hours, this is now Monday and I have received no call. I tried calling the Muldoon PO, apparently they do not answer their phone. I’m assuming this is an important piece of mail if it requires a signature. Where is this letter? Please call me and let me know. It is from Providence, the number on the slip of paper is 5293 0638 7847 6356 Please call Linda Peloza 907 350-2564

l got a notice that they attempted to deliver my package while I was home! I never herd a knock on the door or the door bell never rang. They said they left a slip but when I ran down to the box to get the slip in hopes of running into the mail man I had nothing! Then I kept calling the Muldoon number and it kept hanging up on me! What is their number that is not a automated voice?

I had a package sent with a tracking number on January 19th it says departed post office then arrived at same post office and still in transit same place 12 days later. Will I even get this package? It is supposed to leave Anchorage.

Today is Tuesday August 18 Primary Election Day. I have not received my Absentee ballot. The Alaska Division of Elections says it was mailed to me on August 10. Way to go USPS. You just disenfranchised me.

I think I left my DL there on the counter. Sure wish I could call and find out. But the number doesn't work and the customer service number is nothing but a machine that dials you into endless menus. The only way I can find out is by driving there without a DL and ask them in person.

Postal service in Anchorage AK is crap!!!!! The only really good postal carrier in Anchorage is John Miranda. Whatever route has him, count yourself lucky because he is a rare breed amongst Anchorage postal carriers!!!

Wonderful employees. So helpful. Always even-tempered. Sometimes I don't know how they can be so patient with some customers I've seen them deal with. A lot of people don't speak English that well or have an attitude problem but the clerks are never short-tempered or or anything but polite. I've been a box holder here for 15+ years.

Since when do postal carriers leave packages outside of the mail box and the fence, when the household is listed with the post office as handicap .The mailman actually put a rubber band around my mailbox with my packages protruding out to the public. No wonder my mail keeps getting stolen. Too lazy to walk ten feet to the door??When a postal customer has their mail stolen and can't get a refund because of the stores delivery policy,I guess they want the post master involved. I am so tired of the postal carrier for my area,if he can't provide what he gets paid for, which is actually delivering mail to the customer properly ,he needs to get fired or pay for the items that he leaves out in the open to get stolen. Seriously. We are going to have a problem tomorrow morning.
