Postal Locations

We keep having it say that amazon packages are unable to be delivered due to not being able to get to the door. I have camera footage that shows that the driver slows down and then doesn't even get out and come to the door just continues driving. How can you say that's undeliverable if you don't get out of the vehicle and try? No pets. I was sitting in the main office when they drove by so it would have been deliverable if they walked to the door.

The short hair lady that works at the monroe green bay post office is so rude, unfriendly, and un-helpful. If I knew how to do her job I wouldnt be asking her questions or for help. She needs a new attitude, people ask questions because they obviously dont know..instead of offering solutions or options she tells you to figure it out and end up in the back of the line. She really needs to understand that working with customers, yeah..your going to get the dumb folks who may need alittle assistance. If your not willing to help you shouldnt be working with customers, period! She either needs to get fired or get laid bc she is one grumpy mean unhelpful and unfriendly b****.
