1866 western ave Barb Vanderleest the elderly, old woman has died, there's no need for special mail disabled delivery walked to the front of this home, the mail box across the street works fine, and delivery to this home should have stopped by now ,she died months ago.,from a concerned citizen the mail service delivery is being abused ,by the current healthy dweller.

My drugs from mail order were to be delivered today (10/05/22) before 4pm. Did not happen (and not surprised). Was home all day. Instruction on door to knock loud. Needed to be signed for. The mail person can not get the mail in the correct box (live in a condo). I deliver mail to other people at least once a week that ends up in my box. Who sorts the mail?? Any way, I needed my drugs. Don't have them. Maybe the government should give up the postal service and let it be run as a owned company. I always get my mail order pharmacy shipment (that does not have to be signed for) anywhere from 3 to 7 days after it is shipped from mail order. Just not thrilled with the service in the last 2 years. I am amazed that the mail person even has a job, but it is very difficult to make a complaint unless you show up in person.

Passport question: Moved from another state. Drivers license has been updated to current location. (Green Bay) Passport just expired this year. Do I handle this as a new Passport because of change of State? Thanks

Well over a month ago I went into the Packerland branch of the post office in Green Bay to report that my father had passed away and that his mail needed to be forwarded to me. The gentleman who helped me said it would take about a week to process the death certificate in Madison. To date, not one piece of mail has been forwarded. When we do check the mailbox at my father’s vacant residence his mail is still being delivered there. I don’t know what to do to get this problem solved.

An envelope was mailed to me with a number of checks in it. I never received the envelope. The individual who mailed it to me may have forgotten to put a stamp on it, and she did not put a return address on the envelope. I checked at our local post office and they told me it may be in the dead mail file in Green Bay. It would have been mailed to a Manitowoc address the second week in February. Is there someway I can find out if it is indeed in your dead mail file?

I just moved to Green Bay from De Pere and mail was delivered to box on the house. Does Green Bay ever accommodate the elderly? by that I was wondering if I had a mail box post put closer to house and yet close enough the the mailman to drive onto the drive way to deposit it closer to house? I am recovering from a stroke and don’t have the balance I used to. Have fallen several times and just a week ago was in emergency for a CT scan. The road is very slippery and I have a fear of falling to go get my mail. I know some areas allow this. Thank you for taking the time to read my request. Donna Doxtator 1145 Sandstone Pl. GB, 54313

My mail is not coming to my apartment. They don’t have it at the post office, yet it never arrives. I have mail with deadlines for response and this is ridiculous.

We have not received mail in our cul de sac since last Tuesday. I know there was no mail delivery Wednesday and Thursday, but this is crazy. Our mail not only comes generally after 5pm, now we appear to not be getting it all. Oak Ridge Drive in Oneida.

We live on Westline Road. Every magazine or large envelope is permanently folded in half so pages won't lay flat. Our mail person purposefully folds them down the middle and then places smaller mail items inside so that all larger mail has a crease down the middle. Does all of our mail need to be folded down the middle? It wrecks the pictures and print on some very costly items.
