Jung-Lan, the worker at the counter, was horrible in customer services. She treated all customers very badly without greetings, smiles, or responses to customers' thank you's when I was staying there in the post office for about 15 minutes. She used demanding words when I asked something. I felt she acted as if she were superior than others. She shouldn't work there due to lack of customer service and respect for people in general. Horrible!!

This is my former post office but I have memories of the poor service that goes back to 2011. I called one time to see if they could hold my mail because I was unexpectedly admitted and was scheduled for surgery. The woman who took my call said I would have to come in. I couldn't as I was in mobile. I asked if she would make an exception an she answered rudely, "No." I asked if she would at least inform my carrier and again indifference. The last time I was there one male employee screamed that I had filled out a form wrong. What is the matter with these employees? And what is the problem with the Post Office that they keep these people? This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Thank God I have moved and don't have to deal with these miserable people.
