Don't believe all the scam comments from ""first amendment auditors"" trying to ruin the business for hard working american citizens, they enter post offices and lie to the staff, bully them shout at them, insult them and lie to police about having the right to film inside the post office ... I’m a Vet for this Beautiful country of ours and to have a AWAFUL, NASTY experience at a facility our government provides for business in our community is unacceptable. The lady at the desk was unprofessional to me for no reason. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I OWN A HOME IN THIS COMMUNITY HOWEVER THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Postal Employee Rudeness. Have Experienced what I would call EXTREME Rudeness 3 times in last several years. One Female Supervisor, who was snotty and rude when I had an issue with delivery. One Female Desk Clerk who was exasperated that I wanted a receipt for scanning pre-labeled packages in (there IS a machine for that she exclaims). I say yes but machine has warning it does not guarantee package accepted, you do if you scan it in. I do not think there was any reason to be rude and yell on any of these occasions.

I haven't been getting mail. I don't know why. Is someone taking my mail? I didn't do anything to stop my mail or change its location.

The service is so poor. I have a mail hold and my mail continues to be delivered. When I went into the post office to ask why this was happening I was told that the decision to deliver the mail or not is left up to the actual mail carrier. They can choose to deliver your mail even if you have a hold. I have taken to taping my box shut with a note that I have a hold. The carrier just puts my mail in someone else's box. Not acceptable

I have mentioned this to the Covington Post Office before . . . But it has happened again! We had our regular mail delivery today — it was later than usual — we got all our mail for the day. Or so I thought! I just happened to check the tracking information on a package due to be delivered tomorrow — much to my surprise, the package showed as being delivered! So I went out to the mail box and, sure enough, the package was in the mailbox! We routinely hear cars moving slowly through our neighborhood during the wee hours of the morning. The only thing they could be looking for is mail that has not been picked up. Sure glad I went out close to midnight and picked up my package before the bad guys cruised through and helped themselves, I know the Covington PO staff is trying their darnedest but, please, just one delivery per day!

This branch is beyond frustrating for us. They refuse to come up the driveway to deliver packages and opt to leave us a pink slip stating an excuse that is almost always inaccurate. Of course they are closed on the weekends so getting into the branch to pick something up is difficult for nine to fivers (they close at 5pm) It’s no mystery why the USPS is in such disarray……nobody wants to use them with service like this!

During the recent snow storm on December 25, December 26 it is understandable that mail service will be interrupted. However it is now January 4th and we have not received any mail going on 7 days. We live in the Crofton Hills neighborhood. Do the mail trucks have chains to deliver mail. What happened to the "neither rain, sleet or snow" will stop the mail from being delivered. I know chains on vehicles would help in the delivering of mail! Our neighbor hood does not have feet of snow on the streets. Just slush in the afternoon. What is being done? I don't know what is going on with service. 3 credit cards and my stim check which was mailed the 6th per IRS never arrived. this is nothing new; mail out here is erratic at best but lately financial items vanishing at delivery point according to tracking, is unacceptable.

We have not had delivery for 2 days which is highly unusual. We at least get junk mail every day. Is there a reason for the non-delivery?

Your package deliver does not bring our package to our door. She drops it outside public access gate. When i say drops it, I mean she literally drops it. There is a sign on the gate asking please bring packages to our door. This is a high crime area where packages are stollen. I have a video I like to share, and share with public... I tried to call local branch office and it is closed on Saterday...

My mail always comes late or super early there is no time schedule to it. And my envelopes always have a corner turned up as if someone is looking inside it. Today I received a very important letter that was completely open with its contents jumbled inside, it looked as if someone read it. I have to say I am very disappointed.

Talked to Beverly (?) this morning. She was and continues to be very helpful and instrumental in locating a package left on our porch Saturday 9/17/16, 12:29. Our daughter-in-law checked the porch about 6:15 pm and the package was gone. Beverly tried her best to help me explore the alternative ways to find it and to prevent lost packages in the future. Giving her 5 stars.
