They NEVER answer the phone

I send a package to my grandson on 12/9/21 to Waco TX. 76708. I have tracked the package and no one can tell where my package is at. I can't even talk to a person at the local post office in Waco & MissionTx. Can someone HELP!!!!!

I tried to call this facility for over an hour today. No answer. I am trying to pick up a package and no one can tell me where it is. Maybe if someone would answer the phone I would be able to get some help, but doubtful. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, they supposedly tried to deliver this package on Saturday but I was home and they left a notice at my mailbox. They never tried to deliver it. Pretty awful service.

I have been trying to call this facility and as I’m on the phone waiting on someone to answer and I’m reading through these complaints I’m seeing this has been an issue for at least three or more years now! Like fix it people!!!!!

Yes, today 04/12/2021 at 2:10 or 2PM something like that. But this black female, who is the mail person that brings our mail! Instead of her doing her job!!!... she's Was too busy having inappropriate conversations, with my husband outside, and I'm standing at my front door watching her, as she's just park mail truck directly at my front door. That's when she realized, that my husband Lenny or Leonard lives in the same apartment as me when I stuck my head out ask her if she's lost or dumb and confused too! At Bar-X Apartment's waco

Apparently that “neither rain nor snow” business doesn’t apply any more. Am expecting medicine to arrive in mail and no mail delivered since Saturday 2/13

Hi. I have the USPS mobile app and am getting text notifications from you. I got a notification that my package was forwarded to Methlodian, Texas. There was no request for that what so ever by me. I was supposed to expect my package on May 19 but I’m afraid it’s going to be late for a mistake I didn’t t make. Also mail in general has been coming really late. A lot of my sisters packages have been forwarded back to Fort Worth. Packages should be getting here by five but are always past due.

I'm not getting my paid packages. Ur mail carrier is dropping off packages to the wrong addresses. And I'm not getting my packages. I don't know if ur mail carriers are drug addicts but it seems u may want to correct their behavior because it's costing me money and it's causing issues for y'all if u don't correct it because if I die because I didn't receive my medication on time y'all will have more than a law suit to boot. So get ur carriers in line plz. I do not want to be down at ur facility with picket signs and a crowd of hard working tax paying Americans but I will if something is not done.

This post office does not answer their phone. I have tried everything because they deliver our neighbors mail to us and we get nothing for us.

Three years after the first complaint about not answering phones, Highlander is still not answering.

WTF!!!!! Is wrong with these delivery people!!!! Whyyyyyyyyy would they leave a package on the ground at the mailboxes of an apartment complex!!! Like WTF!!!

i cannot get them to answer their phone have called three times today and the phone has rang for over three minutes each time. abosultely ridiculous

This post office is the worst at answering phones to customers i started calling this post office at 8 a.m and it is now 1 p.m and NO one has still not answered the phone how are we supposed to get our questions answered if No One will answer the phones????!!!!!

I live in the north waco and our postal carrier never picks up the mail in my box to be mailed out .the only time they do is if they have mail to put in my box ..It takes a second to look at the box and see if there is mail to be mailed out .I alway have it standing up in box so the carriers can see .this really needs to be looked into ..

highlander station in Waco texas has NOT delivered my mail in three days and we normally get mail daily nor have they picked up any outgoing either
