USPS fails to deliver packages from Amazon, PACKAGES with a PROMISED delivery for Saturday or Sunday. I constantly receive messages from Amazon that USPS attempted delivery but was unable because resident couldn’t be reached. We have a service bell on the gate and the residence is occupied at all times. We apparently have a slacker delivery person working the weekends. How does the USPS get away with this, isn’t it unlawful to fail to deliver mail simply because one is most likely just lazy? … If not, it should be.

Why do some people drive into the “Do Not Enter” side of the one-way parking lot? Isn’t that illegal? There is even a traffic sign posted in the event you can’t figure it out on your own.

it would be so nice if someone would actually answer a phone these days - call me old fashioned but the automated personnel are not flexible enough. Very frustrating.
