I mailed a medium flat rate box 2 day priority Dec 4 from Yarmouth ma to spring Texas. It finally got to spring Dec 9 and still not delivered. I've been on hold with post office 40 minutes . Why hasn't it been delivered?

Terrible customer service. Most of the time when you call it just rings and rings and rings and gives a fast busy. When you ask a question they don't know the answer to they put you on hold and never come back. RIDICULOUS!!!!

I really wish this post office would replace the lights that are out in their parking lot. It's so very dark and I'm afraid to go by myself to this location. I believe that there is maybe 2 lights working in the entire area. I'm not sure who takes care of this but it would seem that the post office is responsible for this. It's a safety issue, and I don't feel safe going here after dark.
