HAVE ATTEMPTED TO SEND MAIL TO PROPER ADDRESS AS VERIFIED BY THE PERON AT THAT ADDRESS AND THREE TIMES THE MAIL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ME......UNABLE TO DELIVER OR FORWARD.
WHAT KIND OF POSTAL SYSTEM AREYOU PEOPLE RUNNING??
The mail delivery to my zip area, 75116 is totally unacceptable. Well , what delivery we have. I have yet to receive mail from over a month ago. Documents, letters, appointments. No excuse. Post office has no accountability for this only excuses. Someone needs to step up to the plate and do their.job.The cost of postage is going up and we can't get out mail delivered. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
Horrendous service! This post office NEVER answers the phone! Even after supposedly they tried to deliver a package, which is a blatant lie as the rest of the mail was received as usual the day they claimed they could not leave the package as "there was no secure location."
I have had the most traumatizing experience with this branch - almost to the point to where I am feeling that I will collapse. I mailed financial paperwork, etc on 9/30. The pkg hasn't reached it's destination yet and today is 10/17. This post office DOES not answer their phone# and does NOT respond to complaints - NOTHING. They are just playing with human lives! It's preposterous to say the least!
I am trying to get a hold of someone and no one has gotten back to me. The DMV sent my license to my address but may have left out the apartment number so I was wondering if there was anything being held at this location under the name Lauren Hill from the DMV. The service is horrible, better to say there is no service. This post office needs to be either closed or radical changes in employees/management needs to be made. I sent regular letter that returned back to my address as "unable to forward". it didn't have to be forwarded. I sent certified letter that , per trucking number suppose to be there on 7/30/18. On 8/3/18 it still says that it is 7/31/18 on the way to next destination. I spoke with my local post office and I was told that letter is still at the post office. I tried to call them multiple times, but had either "hung up" after picking up, or picking up and being quiet on the other end.
If people don't wont to do their job , they shouldn't be employed. There are many others who would take their place.
Mail service has not been delivered at Brady in a least two days. We have residents asking about their mail, and we are missing payments from residents that mailed them USPS. Address is 2728 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, TX 75201. We have tried to call the post office and left messages to have a returned call. This is unacceptable and we need a resolution asap. Residents have packages that show in the tracking details Notice Left both on the 13th and 12th. The one package tracking number I have is EK930249051US
