We have one of the laziest delivery drivers in Arlington. She always complains about cars and never ever goes the extra mile to deliver. Getting out of her truck is a major effort for her because she has to leave her sandwich in the truck all by itself..She should be fired or demoted. Not deserving of having a good job.

We are having a problem with the individuals that live in front of the mailbox. Our carrier will not stop if they don’t leave her enough room to park in front of the mailbox. Sometimes we go for 3 or more days with no mail delivery. Being elderly we get prescriptions via mail service, so we really need to get our mail. We have even gone to the point of posting signs on box begging please don’t park in front of mailbox. Can the box be moved from in front of these people? What else can we do to solve the issue? It’s happening in the 7300 Tin Cup Dr 76001.

I just got off the phone with an employee (8:40am) and would like to report she was very rude! I was only trying to get confirmation on a package being sent back to this location and see if I can come and pick up and she was flat out rude about it! I don’t appreciate this!

I have Tried to contact this office several times , i have Even come up there and made a complaint . My mail carrier constantly delivers mail and packages with a key , to me , when it belongs to a neighbor from two streets over … 1829 1929 must be super confusing , even though our street names are totally different . I’m constantly having to take mail and packages to my neighbors house who i do not even know . My daughters social security card got lost in the mail and i couldnt File my taxes on time because of it this year , meanwhile i got Personal checks of my neighbors so I’m sure they got my mail but like i have Said i have yet to meet them and I’m sure they just toss mail that isn’t there’s . I’m so tired of this . Please whoever is delivering mail for the 76002 area code …. Pay attention to what you’re doing

Just open mailbox to find I have no mail that belongs to my address. I got all of my neighbors mail! This happens way too many times in my area. Honest neighbors redelivers my mail. Others throw them out.

This post office sucks. If you don't like your job, find another one. You should always treat people like you want to be treated. And this place does not do so. I work at a post office and I do not treat people badly. Shame on you. The bad ones are the one that everybody remembers.

We went to the Bardin Post Office to ship some final Christmas gifts. The people couldn't have been nicer and more efficient, laughing and joking with one another, masks on and all customers socially distanced. There were clear markings on the floor and plenty of space to self-service if you wanted to do that. Very friendly and great customer service.

Received last week, two days, a week late. Papers were delivered a week late. Two days this week no mail at all. Sometimes receive mail from one street over with the same house number. . Pretty discusted. And if these employees worked in the private sector they would be let go.

DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!! I have never, ever received service this bad. One employee was slowly waiting on customers. Other employees came out and asked what you needed but then indicated only the one person could do that job. WHAT? Waited over an hour in line to mail a package only to be told to go to the self-service kiosk in the lobby where I waited in another line. Furthermore, the self-service kiosk is not user friendly. A post office employee is needed so I pressed the button for assistance. The same employee who sent me to the kiosk came out to help. Why the hell did she send me to the kiosk when she could have just as easily have helped me at the counter. Yes, I'm pissed! This gives new meaning to the phrase "going postal." The customers are angry because they have to wait; the employees have attitudes and apparently are not cross-trained to multi-task. What an f----ing mess!

We've been waiting on a letter all week. The wife got a firm delivery date from the shipper and took the day off work to be sure not to miss the delivery. The driver did not take time to get out of the truck to ring the doorbell, she stuck the pink slip in the mailbox and left. We both work and cannot afford to take off to go all the way to Bardin Rd, to pick up this letter. USPS sucks, no wonder their going out of business, we never have this problem with Fed Ex or UPS.

RE: Arlington Tx Bardin Rd Station: We have had our mail MISHANDLED for over a YEAR and delivered to the wrong address on our street! Yes I have made multiple phone calls and wrote a complaint, even went as far as to temporarily transfer our mail to a rented P O Box at another station for 6 months at my own expense! Yet afterwards, mail continues to be delivered one house number OFF all the way down the street! Unfortunately our mail has never shown up! Not only is this station packed and has slow window service, they care NOT to followup on mis-delivered mail!I even spoke to a carrier face to face at my curb box, he said they are very careful, and handed me mail FOR THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR! I never even received an apology! Horrible and ILLEGAL delivery of mail from this Bardin Rd Sation!
