Last night at around 6 i tried to drop an envelope in the outside mailbox and it was crammed full so I took my envelope inside. I just went by again and the mailbox was so full that envelopes were hanging out of the box. Clearly, it was not picked up last night nor this morning. I have had mail stolen from this box before and unloading the outside mailbox should be more of a priority. Thanks.

I mailed several cards and bills at the post office blue drop box and the cards and bills never got delivered or posted. Had to do a stop payment on the bills. It's sad that the mail is being taken from the drop boxes.

Good morning according to informed delivery, I should have had a package delivered Friday. Now it is just saying in transit. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have had unfortunate issues with packages being delivered from this pist office. So unacceptable

I’m not believing some of these posts. I for one am not perfect and do make mistakes. That being said, I’d like to thank the postal workers for all they do. Considering the added workload, and insufficient help and/or equipment I want to say thank you so much and I appreciate you. I surely hope customers you encounter daily are not all like those leaving such negative comments.

So rude!!!! I’ve Never been talked to by employees at a post office like I have at this location. There is a young woman who works in the front who is THE ONLY pleasant one. I seriously hate that this is the post office that handles my mail. You simply ask a question and it as if you are bothering them. I called to ask if they can hold a package and the guy said call back around 8:00 a.m that’s when the carrier gets in. Not a problem. 10 minutes later I get a text alert saying my package is out for delivery so, I called to let him know and he cut me off before I could even finish. I’m sorry I don’t work there so, I don’t know that the text I got was basically NOTHING! I kindly said sir if you could let me please finish thank you. It’s to early and very unnecessary to be so rude.

Have had two different pieces of mail delivered to the wrong address got one back from a neighbor down the road but now out of all the mail that could go missing my sons drivers license has never been delivered! I have informed delivery and it says it was delivered to my house on the 11th August and it is now September 4 and still nothing! Now I get to go pay for a new one! Yayyyy!!! Complete B.S. I called the office and they said oh it’s supposed to come within seven days of when it says on informed delivery but every single day it tells me what’s coming and that mail is in there every single day! I still haven’t got it! This office is completely worthless! Is it too much to ask for to get my mail especially my sons drivers license that I paid for ?

I agree with findlay, mail is ALWAYS misdelivered, or carriers just flat out lie about delivering.Mail used to be here no later than 10am until they drove out great carrier, now it may be noon or 7pm, no telling. Complain to management and to post master, nothing ever improves. Get your place together!
