I asked to have my mail held as of 1/18. I received a conformation. Why was my mail stopped as of today 1/16? I would appreciate mail being delivered tomorrow 1/17 and to be held as requested as of 1/18. It is not difficult

This post office is horrible. They choose to keep your Mail in the back office instead of putting them in the mailboxes. You cannot ever reach them, they don’t open the doors, and they close when they are supposed to be open during business hours. Be prepared for them to hold your mail hostage and never answer phone calls. You will hear them laughing and talking in office and they still will not open the office doors.

I called this morning, April 29, 2020, and they picked up on first ring. The regular mail is running slow due to COVID-19. Express is still on time. :)

Why did the post office in Argyle, Texas close at 12:30 today when the internet says that they are open until 2:00? Why does the Argyle, Texas location always run out of rolled stamps? Why doesn’t the Argyle, Texas location post their hours for Christmas, so that customers will know ahead of time when they close? Why does the Argyle, Texas have such a bad reputation in the community? This is the worst post office I have ever seen! Why did the Argyle, Texas post office take all of the waste baskets out of the lobby so you can’t throw away your junk mail. Other post offices have waste baskets! Why won’t someone get rid of the Postmistress who runs such a shoddy office!! Help! We need somebody, not just anybody.

Since they do t answer their phone, this seems to be the only way to let them know how unreliable and incapable they are at attempting their government paid jobs. An expensive perishable food gift was deivered to the wrong address, and if the people hadn't been home to let me know, a Christmas gift would have been lost for no good reason. Thought mail people needed a basic ability to read addresses and deliver mail to the correct residence. This is not the first time this has happened. Not sure this isn't the worst PO in Texas.

I am not sure what the problem is in Argyle and Flower Mound .I lived in western and rural upstate NY. I never got mail that wasn't mine and as they say "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers" I guess except for Flower Mound and Argyle. Both Post offices can't seem to sort their mail correctly or pick it up. I thought a raised flag was universal for "I've got mail pick it up." No one has picked up my mail and apparently Argyle hasn't paid their phone bill. The postal workers that say we have no idea how tough your job is, no worries, you won't have a job much longer. What's the point if I have to take my mail to Pack and Mail because you don;t even pick it up at my residence.

We received packages until December 2015. Then I was told that we (about 10 of my neighbors) could not receive packages because we lived on a private street. ?!? The school bus, UPS, FedEX... all come down our street. We have to pick our packages up at the post office which is inconvenient for working folks like myself.

Argyle post office is the worst I have experienced - I constantly get my neighbors mail - even after several discussions with post master - nothing changes - I sometimes don't get my bank or credit card statements which has forced me to go paperless - just recently the carrier drive up on my newly laid sod creating tire ruts - supervisors attitude was less than customer service friendly - one good thing about selling my house next year - I won't have to deal with the poor service and lack of customer service - I use to live in Carrollton and NEVER had this many issues that never get resolved - very poor attitudes and lack of customer service - although the post master is very nice - the rest of the employees don't seem to care. No wonder people prefer other means of carrier service - I actually pay extra to have important mail delivered by any other means than the argyle post office
