Third time this week I have put letters in my mailbox with my flag up for pickup and my mail was thrown in my box on top of the mail I wanted to get out, there is no mailboxes for miles-I have called twice this week to inform the office in Justin, I will be driving daily now to Roanoke 6 miles away to get my mail out, I will be contacting the State of Texas Postmaster and the Federal Postmaster about the personnel at this office, maybe they can find personnel that actually cares about the people in their area, I'm in my Seventies and retired Military and I think I could do a better Job than the peope you have at this office.
An older postal worker named Don waited on us today. He was extremely rude both in tone and words; basically, he was not willing to help us. We asked to speak with his supervisor; Sandra is the epitome of customer service. She was pleasant and helpful; In less than one minute she was able to help us and give us the information we needed. I live in Justin and this is not the first time, Don was the po worker at the counter. One time with rudeness is, well, not good but twice, is just not acceptable. We have always had a pleasant encounter with others at our local post office. If he is still there the next time I come in, I will wait until someone else is available at the counter. I will no longer deal with him. He is not polite nor pleasant !
Over the years I have used the USPS Hold Mail service dozens of times at a number of different Post Offices and Justin is the only Post Office that incorrectly resumes mail delivery on the End date instead of the following day. When this was brought to the attention of a Justin Postal employee she emphatically stated that mail service resumes on the End date. When she was shown the USPS' OWN Emails that clearly state that mail resumption is the day AFTER the End date she said that "those Emails are computer generated letters that don't mean anything."
What is wrong with the Justin Post Office?

Instead of renewing with PacNMail I went on line to USPS in Justin and paid 100.00 for a year on a PO Box.
I go to Justin and find they are closed from 12-12:30. WHAT POST OFFICE CLOSES FOR LUNCH????
I get a lot of amazon, DHL and UPS packages and if they come at lunch they have to be delivered the next day.
Then when they are delivered the lazy people won’t give them to me that day. I have to wait till the next day to pick them up.
I get a lot of Keto foods and they are moldy by the time I get them if it’s a Friday as you can’t pick up on weekends.
I tell them I want my money back 3 weeks into this and they tell me only 50.00 is refundable.
This is a crappy place and they can kiss my butt!!!
Never again will they get my money.

Whoever drives 9213997 almost hit my car on dove hollow, i was driving down the road and the man pulled out in front of me, he was turning back into a street and pulled into my lane. I’m pregnant and I had to drive into the ditch to miss him.
I asked the older gentleman working at Justin's post office today for change of address papers and he was extremely rude...talking to me like I was an idiot! I told him i would need more than one due to different last names and all my adult kids names and he looked at me so disrespectful... Never said hello...walked off all disgusted like and never said by... I'll never use this post office again..
I get several notification through tracking showing packages were delivered by my front door that I had a guaranteed delivery date on when no packages have been delivered. These come late at about 7pm. Im assuming the post office is scanning packages as delivered at closing time that did not get taken out to keep from getting in trouble or show a good delivery % on time. Some times i get the package next day other times I received nothing.
