I have tried calling to schedule a passport apt for six months and called probably 40 times. Never has anyone picked up the phone. Government workers for you.

Same here. I'm trying to get a passport and make an appointment. Has anyone had any issues just going in and talking to them?

I have tried numerous times to call this number to renew our passports before our vacation. It rings and rings!!! Now, when I call, it goes to a busy signal. And you have to call to make an appointment!!! Guess I will present in person and show my frustration.

Why can I not get someone to answer the phone. Any other business would have someone dedicated to answer the phone. This has been a problem for twenty years. How do you stay in business? Oh, yeah, I get it ... you don't have to be good at customer service.

No one ever answers the phone here. I have tried on numerous occasions and either get a busy signal or it just rings forever. Why do you even have a phone number if you refuse to answer?

Same here! Just rings and rings and rings until it finally goes to a busy signal. What's the deal? Has anyone ever made it through to a person??

I have tried all day to make an appointment for my passport, but no one has picked up. I think it's going to take a miracle to get through.
