I have not had a mail delivery since last Saturday. What do I do about bills? I get some every week.

I have not received any mail for 10 days. I called the Green Hills post office and was told they have no mail waiting for me and my carrier has nothing for me. That is no help and nobody offered to check to see if there was a reason for it. I was told to call the 800 number for USPS and request a tracking on the mail. Another 3 days before my request is processed? Looks like I have to get a P.O. Box. VERY dissatisfied.

IT WAS NOT “AT MY REQUEST “ that you did not deliver my package on 5/25/22, I was home all day. REDELIVER IMMEDIATELY

On average, I receive between 20 -30 pieces of regular mail every week. I have not received any mail since March 19th. Neither has some of my others neighbors I talked to. Is there a rational explanation?

I filled out a change of address effective 12-22-2016. The Glen Echo post office never forwarded my mail. I believe Glen Echo was still sending my mail to 2209 Abbott Martin Road. I had to go into a post office at the new temporary address in Delran, NJ and fill out a post office card in order to start receiving my mail. This was done approx. January 28 or so. I'd call the Green Hills post office and a recorder would tell me to hang up and call back later. I was never able to get a real person to answer the Green Hills post office number. Will you investigate and find out where my Green Hills mail went to? I started to get mail in NJ yesterday. Please don't change anything at the NJ post office. Just investigate where my Glen Echo mail went to. My new temporary address is 31 Haines Mill Road, Delran, NJ 08075. My telephone number is 615.720.7771. Sincerely, Taylor Byars
