Have not received any mail since before valentines day, also a company mailed a bill out the middle of January and I haven't received it


We live on Mary Helen Drive and we are very unhappy with our carrier. We have been required to have several checks reissued because they did not ever arrive at our mailbox. We have also failed to receive several bills. Just today we checked our mail before leaving home for an errand and there was an overdue check we had been expecting. The envelope looked like it had been sitting somewhere damp and hot for a while. Consequently we checked our mail when we got home and our mail delivery was there. Obviously someone (most likely a neighbor) had placed the check in our mailbox before our mail was delivered today because it went to the wrong address initially. Something needs to be done about this carrier.


Day 3 no mail dilivery...will not answer the phone...roads were clear yesterday! Items marked as delivery notice in my box...NOT! Worst customer service the opening time states 8:30 8:45 am doors still not open. No postmaster on duty to speak to. Angry!
