for the 2nd time in 2 months a package i was tracking for delivery was not delivered. i was sent a tracking update, same excuse used before,no secure location to leave package! it also said i was left a notice. no notice was left. its just lazy postal workers. i paid extra to have my delivery before christmas. now their redelivery schedule says after christmas. i have to conclude that just as the other package had the same fate that irt was not our regular postal carrier. and also i am sick of getting my mail at or near dark. why do we get our mail between 3 pm and 5 pm. if the route is that heavy put 2 carriers on it!

The African American lady at the penn hills pa location is very unpleasant and snippy has a very bad attitude just because I asked her a question and had a follow up because i didn't understand. Im African American too so its not a racial thing. As a customer service rep she could have been a little nicer. I didn't want her to handle my mail after that. Im a polite person so i have no idea where her attitude came from. Maybe because she was the only counter person?I don't know March 13,2017 about 540 pm

I live on Crescent Hills Road - as of 8:15 PM on 5/22/14 NO MAIL. Several neighbors on the Nextdoor Crescent Hills Website, also are complaining of the poor service we have had lately. Something must be done to restore our mail service in a timely, and accurate manner.
