There is a pothole near the exit from the mail drop bins. It can cause serious damage to a car. It needs to be repaired immediately.

This location give government employee's bad names. I recently moved to Sharonville; Tennyson Community, Lord Alfred Court. My new resident required me to change my mail box key. Dropped the key off on Saturday. Lady was obviously annoyed even though I was the last person in line. She passed me a blank sheet of paper and grunted name address and phone #. When I asked when will my key be ready for pick up she grunted some one will call you. I felt like requesting a new key caused extra work for her. Fast forward to Wednesday; having not heard from the PO I called. Was told that the responsible person was there "yesterday" will not be back until tomorrow. Could find no evidence of a key request. I gave her my name and address but after the called ended quickly I realized that she did not ask the number of my new mail box! how will the lock person know which box to change! I need access to my mail box and it should not be this big of an issue.

We have not been receiving all of our mail. We received no mail on Saturday at all. I spoke to other tenants in our building and no one received mail this past Saturday. This has been going on for maybe the last 3 months at least. We kept hoping it would get better, but it has not. I have tried calling the Sharonville number, but the phone just continues to ring. I hope this gets straighten out soon.

They claim that the "customer comes first", but obviously that's not the case. On the phone with a representative, I was interrupted and treated very poorly.

I am the resident manager of Colonial Gardens apartments. I have had countless tenants come to me complaining about the mail carrier not delivering or delivering the wrong mail. They come at all different times, I have one tenant looking for a registered letter and no one seems to know where it went. You did something with our original carrier and when I called and asked why he was replaced the person on the phone lied and said its the same carrier. We want Brad back!!!! You need to do something I am tired of tenants complaining to me it is not my fault!!!

The passport renewal policy is #$%^ed beyond belief!!!!!!
There was a sign to call to make an appointment. I tried for two days. The line was either busy or was not answered.
One phone line. No answering machine. No email. For all intents & purposes, the PO is using technology from the early 1900's.I went to the PO to renew my passport and was told there was a two week waiting period. The woman would say nothing except I needed an appointment. I was told to go to the West Chester PO office.I got their phone number to make an appointment. No answer. No answering machine.
I was forced to GO there. When I arrived, I was told I had to get an appointment. i WAS THE !ONLY! PERSON IN LINE!!! They directed me to a DMV office.I have asked friends and every last one of them said there was a 2-4 week wait. If the wait is constantly 2-4 weeks, doesn't that say they should DO something about it?My experience in this affair has convinced me the USPS would prefer I go elsewhere. I will.Short of violence, there is no way to express how frustrated how I am.
