Postal Locations

I received a weekly magazine and have not received one since Dec. 22. They normally arrive on a Friday. My subscription is good until July 2023 so this is not the problem. Would really like to know where my last 2 weeks magazines are and when I am going to receive them. I sure hope I receive this weeks on time. The service to our area has been really poor lately. We had 3 days last week when we received no mail at all and some days the mail comes very late in the day, I mean after I have returned home from work at 5. Please do something about the service we are receiving.

This post office delivered my packer to the wrong address. I called for days and was not given answers. I was told that I would hear back from the employees there and no one got back in contact with me for three days. By the time I was helped, because I called back again, I was told that the home where it was delivered told the post office that they never received my package. I ordered 9 articles of clothing worth 200 dollars and they are gone. Had the post office employees followed up with my search like they said they would during our first conversation, I may have been able to retrieve my clothing. Now I have to file a claim and jump through even more hoops when it was ADMITTED that it was the fault of the carrier. I will not use USPS again, I will work with UPS, fedex, or another carrier before I let this happen again.
