Most stupidest place to deal with. they have no phone number to talk to locally or otherwise. And that useless 800 number is another annoying item they offer. Still they want more money for their services every year. It should be privatized. We deserve better than what they offer. Can any one who likes their way of business post something?

what going on with mail delivery on spring garden ct. in Bethany station?? not getting all mail I am expecting, but I do get plenty of my neighbors mail. next door neighbors, (both), across the street neighbor, up the street neighbor, down the street neighbor etc, etc. I have not received medical records I was expecting, (big privacy issue), several bills that I ultimately was late on and a jury summons for butler county that caused me issues with the county government people!! whats going on??

Called with a simple question about my package and the clerk on the phone was extremely rude. No reason for it, I was not rude just asked a question that was not answered on website. Got my answer which is good but there was no reason to be unpleasant.
I had something that was sent certified mail and also had postal return to sender when the sender has to sign it and they lost it from Mason to West Chester. I really do not understand that can happen. I file a case and no answer I have to call and do all the checking myself. No longer have faith in the post office anymore..........Only thing is that the mason staff has been great. Can't say to much about West Chester!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor customer service. The clerk was rude and it wasn't necessary. I had two questions and she made me feel stupid for asking. Please be kind - it makes a big difference.
I filled out vacation hold mail form. Came back one day early to find my mailbox stuffed full. This is second time. Why fill the hold vacation mail forms when they don't follow them. I went up to post office of course they have nothing because they delivered everyday. My mailcarier had enough courage to put note on outside saying clean your mailbox. Really if you would follow policy and procedures and hold my mail my mailbox wouldn't be full. 😡 I guess I will have someone else get my mail from now on because west Chester post office doesn't now how to hold mail.
I would like to say that I am tired of my carrier constantly leaving little notes. Besides the fact that upon receiving items in the mail they refuse to bring them to my door. Many times I have absolutely had to pry my package out of the mailbox. I Gus's it's too far for them to walk so they prefer to spend ten minutes concocting some way to get a large package inside my mailbox. I have no control of where rumple puts my trash cans once they are dumped either. This is at least the forth time I have received. " please don't make my job more difficult". Really?
Supervisor Robin Stevens was absolutely no help and was down right non empathic for usps losing my priority prescriptions I sent last Saturday. Spent 2 hours on hold last night with the 1800 number only for them to tell me I needed to call the West Chester post office. Supervisor Robin Stevens at West Chester now tells me this morning that there is nothing she can do and I have to call consumer affairs on Monday. What good is paying for priority if usps can't track it??? Totally incompetent system and employees!
