My package was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm last night to 6504 partridge way. But has not arrived. When I checked the tracking info it said it was rerouted to another address. That is not authorized by myself. My package needs to be delivered ASAP to the address given

I have a tracking number but I can’t track it, I am told it is an invalid number. I tried to call but to speak to someone I have to enter a valid number. So I thought I could call the post office that I sent the package from but I get sent to the same phone number.

Every time I send mail to Kings Island it gets returned. The latest is marked UTF (unable to forward). How do you not know where Kings Island is?

Mason PO - frustrating. I call and am placed on hold. After 5 minutes I hang up, call again and it rings for at least 3 minutes. Then, I'm disconnected. Great servcie. :-(

I am usually happy with my mail service, but in the last 2 weeks I'm finding the door to the mailbox open and rain soaked the letters. Yesterday the box door was open and 2 letters were laying on the street. No reason not to shut the doors on the mailbox and ensure you are putting mail into the box. Seems someone is moving fast and figures moving fast is better then doing the job correctly in delivery to the mailbox and shutting mailbox door to prevent making it easy for someone walking by to see or grab mail, or due to inclement weather, damage to mail.
