The Postal Service does not receive any "tax money". Look it up.

I have not been to this post office since last Summer because of the extremely unprofessional employees and that is putting it mildly. I am medically unable to wear the useless mask that protects against nothing and it is also a violation of my faith to wear one. I had been to that post office several times without a mask and no one said a thing. Then one Saturday morning I go there to pick up 2 packages and they all of a sudden say I need a mask. I told them I am medically exempt from wearing a mask and then a manager comes out several minutes later and starts yelling and violently telling me to leave. Note that by the time I left I had been there for more than 5 minutes and they would rather pull all of this instead of taking 30 seconds to get my packages. I had things I had to get done so I just left without my packages but I came back a little later. I am standing in the middle of the post office with no mask and a customer immediately starts yelling in a highly threatening manor at me to put on a mask and does this repeatedly in front of everyone for several minutes and none of the employees did anything about it. I then left again and went to my car and called the police and only told them about the post office not giving me my packages because I wasn't wearing a mask. When they arrived they went in and spent 15 minutes I assume talking to the loud mouth low life manager who originally told me to leave. The police come back out 15 minutes later saying there wasn't anything they could do because she spouted off some lies about how that particular post office was private property. Then I talked to the head of that post office on the phone who's name is Olethia and she is as stupid and rude as the rest of them. I asked her for proof that the Sappington location was private property or I was going to have the Sunset Hills police department investigate. Well of course she could not come up with a shred of evidence that states anything about it being private property - big surprise. I had been to many post offices without a mask and nothing was ever said. Leave it to this location that is operated by nothing but n words to pull the usual n word nonsense and lies. This location also has a n word postmaster (Olethia) which should come as no surprise. They need to go back to their own neighborhoods and stop disrupting the peaceful neighborhoods that house people who actually have money to live in them. This is what I put up with in public school from these people my entire school going life and I am done. I am not going to put up with loud mouth n worrds who are a disgrace to the black community in a neighborhood they do not even belong in and want to act like they own.

I just went to the Post Office to get a change of address card. The display was empty. I'm sure that it always is. But there's so much more to complain about. I live at the end of the block you guys always turn around in my driveway and drive on my lawn. It's so bad there is a permanent rut in my yard right by the mailbox, about three feet long. Then you shove my packages in my mail box instead of bringing them and putting them on the porch. It's laziness. I grew up in the city back in the sixties and seventies and back then the mailmen walked to deliver all the mail. And up and down steps, they were friendly and did their job promptly. I can see in the future where there won't be a Post Office anymore.

Dear Sappington Postmaster, As a customer of your post office who is there daily picking up my mail, I would like for you to know that the employees at your location are the rudest I have ever encountered. I am expecting a $300 package which was express 1 day shipped to me that is now 2 days late. I opened an investigation with USPS into the reason for the delay. I received a call from Ebony stating it had only been 2 days and that’s why I hadn’t received it. I explained to her that I get this express shipment weekly and it’s never been late. I understand things happen. However, she told me that she had no way of finding my package or knowing where it is and I can get a refund for the shipping in 30 days. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The call center employees are always excellent and very nice. However, clearly this wasn’t taken seriously by your postal employee, Ebony. This is the last of too many issues I’ve had with your location. It truly sucks to give my hard earned money to ungrateful employees who never smile and treat me like an inconvenience. I spent $14.000 last year on shipping with the USPS and I find it a disgrace that you continue to allow your employees to treat your customers the way they do. There’s plenty of people who would love to have a good job right now that would be happy to smile at people and make them feel appreciated for their business. As for me and my company, we are currently looking to ship with a different carrier who is not the USPS. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a nice day.

The Sappington branch is operated by a group of bitter disgruntled employees. No matter what time of day day of the week or reason I visit that post office the same employees are always rude diss interested in helping and sarcastic. There is one girl who is always very friendly and helpful but the others are always too busy to care.

This particular location was great a few years ago but has been run by n words for some time and the post master for that location is also an ignorant n word so that should answer your concerns. And by n words I mean n words and not good black people.

It’s 6:30 pm Monday, February 8, 2021, and the mail is still not delivered. I know because I have the flag up. It is not safe for the mailman to be delivering mail when it is pitch black outside nor is it safe for me to go out to get it. This occurs far too frequently. Why can’t you fix this?

I know postal workers are busy, tired etc. But is there ANY way the carriers could refrain from taking mail that is delivered to apartment boxes that are recessed into the wall and please stop cramming and by cramming I mean literally shoving all things that aren't letters into the bottom as though its laundry into the bottom of the boxes? I am tired of pulling out literal balls of sale ads that have been shoved in simply because the carriers can't seem to just fold in half lengthwise to slide down in along with the envelopes. Some of us do like to get them. Thanks!
