This is absolutely ridiculous! Where is my mail??? I haven't recieved mail in weeks. At first I thought it was the weather but that is no longer an excuse. I have Ring Doorbell and I always knew when the mail came. It was the same guy every day, right around 12:15. Then he quit coming. I get USPS Informed Delivery, and it says I'm supposed to get mail, but it never comes! What is going on???

i dont know whats going on at the Hickman Mills PO but i havent recieved mail in two weeks. this is going to cause my bills to have late fees and im not paying them because people at the post office cant do their job. You need to fire all of them and get people in there that work. This has been going on for sometime and just has gotten worse. I dont know what they do up there but delivering the mail seems to not be a priority to them. You guys need to get it together and start doing your job!!!! This is crazy and people are just lazy. Get off your butt and do your job . How much more money do you people think you need? Ypu dont own the place the government does so stop acting like you can play with peoples livelyhood, this is bullshit.

We are missing mail from the past two days. Included in the missing mail are several Christmas Cards, Invoices, and the usual junk mail. One package containing postage stamps is also missing. What is going on? Please contact me immediately and rectify this problem.

Problem: Priority Express item We were expecting a Priority Express item in our 64134 POBox by noon, 8/13/20. Online tracking showed it as both "arrived" and "out for delivery" at the 64134 Post Office before 10am on the 13th. But it wasn't delivered. Kept checking the online tracking history. Nothing more until 6 days later, 8/19/20, when it arrived at the regional facility in Colo Spgs, CO, and then "departed" later that evening. Next, on 8/22/20, it arrived at the KC regional facility. The following evening it "departed" the regional facility and was again "in transit to the destination" at 7:22pm. That is its last entry in the online transit history. (For the record, I also signed up for text notifications.) As a matter of fact, the item WAS finally delivered to our POBox on 8/24/20. But it was NEVER scanned as "received", "out for delivery" or "delivered" by the 64134 Post Office. Because of mis processing at several points by 64134, for all your system knows that extremely important piece of Priority Express mail is still moving around from one unknown place to another--or forever missing.

I want to complement your postal workers in the Hickman Mills Office. I have been in the post office several times and the ladies have gone above and beyond to help and track my mail. The Postman from our old apartment complex on College Lane has always been friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service.

I asked for the Hickman Mills office to hold a box on Friday knowing it was raining and I would not be home. The boxes were expensive printed material. Both packages were left on the front porch with rain and got wet. Why would a postal worker leave that there in the rain? Why did they even bring it? When I spoke to the person at the post office, she was rude and let me know that she was too busy to check on whether the carriers read their notes. Not really excited about the customer service.
