The Sub mail carrier seems to deliver my mail to 11 street instead of 12th street. This happens with Fed Ex and Amazon, now happening with grandview post office. Main carrier has done just fine.

I am very pleased with my carrier. I can appreciate the work they do giving the personalities they have to contend with (good, bad, or ugly). Customer service personnel have to deal with so much and more frequently than other jobs. When you think about it Postal employees touch every person not just on their route or in their city, county, state but in the United States and sometimes abroad come rain or sunshine.

Haven't received any of my personal mail in over 2 months. ad fliers are only trying delivered. I am in need of very important now delayed documents. Countless complaints on my behalf, zero answers or help. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I HAD A PACKAGE DELIVERED IN THE BOX SO IT SAID BUT WHEN I CHECKED THE BOX THERE WAS NO PACKAGE THEN I HAVE SOMEONE LAWYER PAPERS IN MY MAILBOX . I HAVE ALL MY PACKAGES BUT THIS ONE HOW IS THAT IT DIDN'T GET DELIVERED TO MY DOOR SO DID YOU STICK IT IN THE OTHER BEARD MAILBOX SINCE I BE GETTING THEIR SCHOOL MAIL

I had a package that said it had been delivered but wasn't on my doorstep or in my mailbox. I called the Grandview post office and spoke to a lady she did not give me her name but she was incredibly rude to me and told me she would give me a call back she was in an interview and then hung up the phone on me. I still have not received a call back. That is very bad customer service!!!

The mail box on Main St in Grandview, Mo 64030 is completely full. My husband didn't realize it was so full and deposited our mail in the over flowing box. I am unhappy and now feel nervous that the mail my husband deposited is not safe. Someone should take care of this ASAP

I have now complained twice this will be the third, I am not getting my packages. They are being delivered to other people and I at least no of one address because it is my daughter's friend who has the almost same address. Not to be rude but I would think that you would have to read the address before you deliver it. i am now missing two packages and I am tired of having to figuring out where my packages are. Something needs to be done about this post office. I lived in a California for 30 years with same addresses and never had problems like this.

I am having trouble not getting packages from the post office delivered to my address. When tracking packages, they say they are at P.O.. yet 3 weeks later it is finally delivered. I am waiting on a package now that was suppose to deliver the 11th..the one before that was to be delivered Dec 21st, I received it today Jan 13. Very disappointed! Grandview office.
