Our mail delivery person needs to slow down and be more responsible. This past week I did not receive my package, it is marked as delivered. Yesterday my medication was delivered to the wrong mailbox. Thankfully the person that received my medication in her box brought it to my house. If I had not received my medication, it would have taken days to get it refilled. Not the first time I have not received packages and mail. I have filed a formal complaint with the US Post Office.

Mailed a check from this location and it was stolen and cashed by the thief. Not sure if it was an inside job or outside trick of stealing letters out of the drive by box. Just be aware to mail inside the building, not outside, to ensure you do not get anything stolen.

I am so frustrated. I wasnt receiving any mail.from my old address so I went to Martin City to the post office to have them tell me there was no change of address on file. When I told her I have it to my mailman she informed me I should never do that. Don't the mailman go back to the post office every day and don't they all work for the same USPS. Anyway no one knew where the mail was going. I filled out a new change of address right there at the counter. I preceeded to contact the new owners of my home. The mail had been delivered there for weeks and they just kept saving it. I made arrangements to pick up the mail at the old address. Surprise... Went I went to pick it up the painter that was working there said the mailman saw it and took it back to Martin City . inwent back to report office again to see if the mail.was there, if it had been forwarded or if it was all returned. No one had a clue but told me they would find out and call me. Now 10 days later I still have no mail, no phone call and no idea where my mail might be. Today I called again to be told the same story they would speak to my mailman and find out something and call. Not holding my breath. So I am now 10 weeks without my mail from the old address. Could I be any more frustrated??? Doubt it.

This is absolutely the most incompetent group of imbecilic morons that mankind has every seen. I do not know how they maintain a heartbeat and find their way to work every day. I have had on going mail/package delivery issues with them for months, which have escalated on their part to a petty vendetta against me because they forced me to complain about it. This childish nonsensical behavior of theirs is beyond ridiculous. I will be writing the Post Master General to explain what's been happening. This last intentional provocation is the last straw. They emailed me to advise that my package was delivered (I knew better) at 3:18pm 12/29/2020. I searched everywhere including the neighbors and low and behold; nothing. So I filed an online complaint. Then I receive another email form them stating that my package was delivered at 6:51pm 12/29/2020. Again after searching high and low; nothing. I will also be exploring legal options, as they have denied delivery of a critical medication to me out of shear spite. No more reindeer games for them. USPS needs to go bankrupt and be replaced with a competent delivery company. This is only a small. part of my story. Good luck with the USPS!

So goverment agents can push pandemic fear nonsense onto the public and deny access to those who wish not to participate in your fake media plan demic. Wearing masks for prolonged times leads to carbon dioxide toxicity.. for a weak version of flu virus that's been around for ages with a 99% recovery rate. You dont get to make anyone wear a mask, and you dont get to violate the bill of rights and constitution, and you dont get to discrimiate and not mail my packages or sell me stamps.. they laughed and mocked the first time. Let's see who's laughing now!!!

I am so disgusted by the lack of efficiency with this Post Office... I literally did my change of address request on 3/20/17 and went in this past Saturday to be told that our box key was ready but they couldn't give it to us and we would have to call between 7am & 9am on Monday... been calling ALL morning only to get a busy signal... which I am sure is the NORM. SUPER frustrating to have to rush to the post office to pick up mail EVERY week... and god forbid you raise your voice because one of the snowflake employees will get offended because you called them out on not doing their job... UGHHHHHH!!!! So to whoever said this is the best post office in town is clearly on drugs or an employee posting BS to make themselves look good..... SO DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just get me my damn mailbox already... Week 5 and counting... any other job would have fired you for it taking so long to do your JOB!!!!!! Gotta love the government!!!!!

I am looking for my weekly forwarding package from the martin city post office. I normally arrives at 45250 Vista Santa Rosa, Indian Wells CA on Friday. I did make it on Friday or Saturday. I have prepaid for this service 12 weeks. I have tried to call the Martin City Missouri Post Office and no one will answer the phone. My number is 816-210-1038

Last Sat. my carrier stuffed a box into my mailbox...he/she must've punched it repeatedly to get it in because it took me two days and a metal tool to remove it because it was wedged so tightly (and ended up deformed of course). I will be receiving these medical supplies every 3 months so do not want to have this happen every time. My carrier needs to be reprimanded for this! If the box doesn't fit, leave me a note requesting a pickup!

I had a magazine, a flier and an envelope delivered today, May 23, 2016. The magazine was literally hanging out of the mailbox. AND IT'S RAINING. All the mail was wet. There's no way that the mail couldn't have all fit easily in the mailbox. This has happened repeatedly. At this point it's like it's a prank by the mail carrier. I however do see it as a destruction of property.

My mail was left outside on a fence rail in the rain, instead of putting it through the mail slot in the door. A bank statement no less. Guess I'm lucky it was wet and stuck to the rail, instead of blowing through the neighborhood. What sad service.

I would like to know why our mail arrives here anywhere from 3:30 - to 6:00 daily - ever since our carrier retired in Dec. of 2012 - it has been a nightmare - our other neighbors across the street receive theirs before noon or 1:00 - this is terrible - five - six at night - what is wrong - What has the manager - whatever have to say about this - -
