I have not received my mail all week, I live right on main Street in Westbrook, and I have been tracking packages, but they seem to be at the Westbrook post office. Any information would be appreciated. Who do I contact to get answers?
we have not received mail for 3 days... last mail pickup, drop off was 11/10---- mail has been sitting out to be picked up since 11/12--- 134 Lamb st. westbrook
I went on vacation, completed a yellow HOLD card for my mail. I said I would pick it up (thought I was doing a favor for the carrier) on Monday, April 12th. Went to my local Westbrook PO and was told they didn't have my mail. Filled out another card and they told me I would get the mail either Tuesday or Wednesday. Mail truck drove right by my house again! Where is my mail? Call the 871 number and all you get is "the mailbox is full."
Portland # is a joke with the mailbox being full the the “operator” doesn’t answer so the system hangs up. Found the Westbrook # that I actually needed and it just rings and rings no answer.
I called too. No answer. The postal service is no longer reliable. To put it the best way. They s**k. I’ve not seen such a business like theirs go down hill so fast. We are lucky if we get mail every other day. One point it was a week and a half.

The package I received yesterday from Amazon was crammed into my mailbox to the extent the box was bent and I could not pull it out of the mailbox. Fortunately a passerby was kind enough to help me get it out and nothing was damaged but this is not acceptable. Our mail carrier is marginal at best.
This is a Joke!!! I called to asked about a carrier in Westbrook Maine. Got a number to Portland and VOICE MAIL IS A JOKE!!!!! If your going to post a Phone number the have someone answer the phone... All I get it the run around.... Thank God For Email..
