Postal Locations

A couple of weeks ago the Scarborough sorting center sent my package to the wrong city, in the opposite direction as Rockland. It was redirected and arrived—no big deal. But now a package shipped from Massachusetts that should have been here days ago was sent by the Scarborough sorting center to Jacksonville Florida. Where it is sitting. I'm just wondering what's causing this seeming incompetence.

I have not received any mail in almost a week. My packages were supposed to come last Thursday and they have been out for delivery for 7 days now. For the past month my packages are all falsely being marked as delivered and then not sjowing up for days sometimes up to a week after they have been marked delivered. I had a package that needed to be signed for signed by the worker not me and left at the wrong house. I also am repeatedly getting other peoples mail.

4 wrong deliveries in the last 6 or 7 days alone. Our packages went to a neighbor's twice and 1 of theirs came to us. Plus all of another neighbor's mail was in our box.

Someone else’s package was misdelivered to my address. I have spent 1/2 hour in trying to call local post office, usps customer service. No one answered the local phone, I suspect this happens enough that there should be a way to easily report this so the real recipient gets correct info and receives their package. I did not find any option like this. Customer service couldn’t even update the tracking number to say the delivery was misdelivered to a completely different address in the same zip code. This has been a waste of my time and will be a waste of the correct recipient’s time, also.

Why are we only getting deliveries once a week? The post office have raised the prices and reduced deliveries! This is rediculous!

I have called a million numbers been on a million automative sites and have yet to speak to anyone about why my package has supposedly been there for 5+ days yet has not been delivered to my house. And although Ive been told I would be connected to a customer service person who could help me no one ever answers the phone and then the connection ends

Slow as molasses and unresponsive. Per my tracking app, my package has been sitting there for days, and apparently no one has bothered to do anything with it.

Been trying to call about my scheduled pick up for a package at my house and it has been two days no one has picked it up.

I would like to know why I'm not getting mail delivery. The informed delivery tells med I have mail coming but it does not arrive.

Again, package left at the end of my driveway on the ground on the edge of a snowbank. What is wrong with people. Don't bother going in to work if you can't do it right.

On Jan. 31st, found my Amazon package sitting on top of the snow bank by my mailbox. Unacceptable! It was too large to fit in mailbox, so should have been delivered to my front door. It could have easily been stolen.

As a service provider , that is all you have is your service..However when you can’t make that happen you become a Customer Service Company. I realize that this has been a tough winter and fall with the pandemic, however as few resources as you have someone must man the phones and return emails no matter how bad it may seem and actually be, the customers have a right to know where their mail and packages are!

I have not received mail in 8 days. Called Scarborough Post Office many times, they refuse to answer the telephone. I filed a complaint online and requested investigation as to why mail has not been delivered to my address. Apparently this may take up to 8 days.

Last week 11/8/2021 and now this week 11/15/2021 our carrier is skipping our delivery of mail we see them out on Enterprise Dr. in Scarborough This happened to us last year. We are a business office with mail that comes everyday dealing with Insurance. What is going on????

I am having the USPS leaving packages on the ground by the mailboxes, on top of mailboxes where people can steal them. We live on a private dirt road with 3 other houses. They should deliver them to out door if they are to big for our mailbox. If people steak pkgs of porches they'll steal them quicker out by the road in plain sight.

We live at 20 Ocean View Rd Scarborough. 04074 We have not had mail service for 2 days. Our flag has been up for mail pick up and we have 2 packages listed as out for delivery. The mail truck just zoomed up our street but did not stop at our box or any of the ones around our house. What is the problem and when can we expect to get service.

The mail person that delivers the mail at southpoint drive doesn’t seem to know how to read. Neighbors get my mail and I get there’s. Often I don’t get mail that I’m expecting. Now I have to worry if my payments are getting there on time or not at all. The mail carrier is careless and incompetent. Something needs to be done.

Pls answer the phone. I tried calling several times and NO ONE PICKS UP!

Mail is not being delivered to my medical practice, Broadleaf Behavioral Health at 51 US route 1, Suite R-1, Scarborough, ME 04074. This mail affects patients and since we are a medical practice need the mail delivered. Just because NTI who is in the blg is closed doesn't mean the rest of the offices are closed. The number listed above for contact is not in service.

Very Confused...not sure why packages can't be delivered to 30 Riversands Drive in Scarborough. We've been getting UPS and FEDEX everyday. As well, there has been no effort to contact us or let us know that there is an issue. I don't always know HOW a Vendor is shipping a package, so I very often order...and see it has shipped...and then I find out a week later it was retuned to Sender. Can this problem be fixed, or explained please! Thanks, Josh

Your shuffling and holding packages for days at a time, is completely unacceptable!! I have been waiting on a package that was due to arrive Dec. 31 that has been at your unorganized and unprofessional facility since Dec. 28th and here it is Jan. 1st and my package still sits at your facility. PLEASE don't use the holidays as an excuse, because this has been going on for MONTHS!! You get paid far too well to be so careless and LAZY!! Get your act together!!

I am getting neighbor's mail just about every day. I am not getting mail I am waiting for. The carrier should be fired. He is very careless or incompetent. Where is my mail? Please do your job and deliver correctly.

My carrier keeps leaving packages at the front door instead of the garage. An item was ruined last week because it got so wet in the rain. How can this be resolved to have the packages left in the garage, which is always open?

Expensive express overnight Gauranteed service!!!! I needed to receive this package overnight as I'm on Vacation next week and won't be here to receive it. Failed to make good on the gaurantee and now I have my very expensive item sitting outside on my doorstep for a week!!! The worst postal service literally in the world.

We put in a forwarding form not to be started til end of month. They are now not delivering our mail. We are getting Vacant Box papers stuck in there. Totally messed up. We have mail coming that we need to receive now and are not getting it. Not sure how to fix this error on their part.

I was tracking a package and it has been in the facility at 31 Gorham Rd, Scarborough, ME 04074 for 10 days now.... every review on here says that is where their package is stuck....Anybody care to check and see if there may be a thief working here? Ive had a package that reads on my tracking that its been sitting in Scarborough for 7 days now. It was shipped Priority 245$ insured to Pukalani Hawaii. ive contacted USPS and basically they told me to wait it out; no tracking updated may accur; it will just arrive. But when i check tracking, it adds 1 day every day that its still Scarborough. I would really appreciate help getting my package to Hawaii safely. Please.

There is a package in Scarboroughs po and I don't want it and I'm waiting for the vendor to send me a return label but yet the po is upping my postage! I was here today and I have 2 chihuahas that bark and NO ONE came to my door and they are saying this is the third time they have attempted!

Misrouted a package which I paid extra to receive by a particular date. On top of that I am finding it impossible to speak to a human being about the issue.
