today is the 4th day we have not receive mail but you can delivery package 7 days a week you people are making money on reliving packers instead of 1st class mail I retired from the.o p. and the stamps are going up in Jan. which is bull shit the last increase was in July that is why people are paying there bills on line to SCREW the P.O .Fisrt Class mail comes before packages but the P.O. is getting kick back

I have lived in the same house for 25 years. Never had a mail problem. Since Sept 11, 2023 I have had 3 missing packages. A neighbor found a package of mine under the group mail box that has locked mail boxes and parcel boxes. Ive gone in to the OOB office twice and gotten the run around there by the same woman with blonde hair. She gave me a phone number to the passport office, What the HECK! I couldnt get an answer to if there is a new mail person delivering in my neighborhood. My daughter is on the hook for $60 for a dress she didnt receive. I wish someone would bother to actually care what is going on.

I have not gotten any of my mail in about 2 weeks now I’m not happy there’s more than one person who delivers our mail to our certain neighborhood I have caught two of them just shooting up the crap outside there trucks . Having fun smoking not doing there job I’m not im thinking my mail was stolen cuz I didn’t receive it I would like to know where my mail has been

I will be reporting them again today are packages never show up on time they say bad weather when there was none an then when they do show up they have been opened an they try to make it look like they haven't but you can see where the tapes been peeled an the boxes have holes big enough for hands to fit through I've had stuff missing an the manger makes excuses for works repeatedly an dose not do his job I had them under investigation before and will again I'm done with this next step is a lawyer

Saco annex needs to step up and send mail out as it comes in. I have informed delivery and have first class and certified mail that so was informed 6 days ago that I would get it. I see the mail pieces but the 34 pieces of mail that is in my informed delivery from last Tuesday still no mail. I am going to file legal action .

While in Florida my mail was on hold and they did and EXCELLENT JOB!!! RURAL 3 04005-9362 THANKS FOR ALL

We registered our vehicle on line and the post office lost our registration, we now have to go to DMV to get a duplicate and pay for the duplicate, the original was supposed to be delivered to us on 8-16-21 is is now 8-30-21 and still no registration. They have also lost our mail from 8-27-21, don't know what they are doing but they need to get their act together. If you try calling this location they do not answer their phones. I left a note for our carrier and his response to us was there was nothing they could do. It must be nice to have a job that you can get away with something like that.

Why does this place not answer their phone? I have an issue so I go to the post office, they tell me to call the annex and said they are supposed to answer their phone between 10 and 12. Nope they don't.

A Christmas gift was left out in the pouring rain last night after 6 pm by my rural box instead of taken to my door.When I found it this morning,it was soaked.I had to open it and the gifts were all wet,a calendar is wet and warped.Shouldn't larger packages that don't fit in the mailbox be dropped at the door? Thanks for an answer in advance.

I have been trying for almost 2 hours to reach the annex of 04064 to find out how to access our mail. It looks like the carrier snapped their key off in the mail box. So no one can open it. I need to know how to get my mail.

1. No one ever answers the phone at the Annex. I have tried to call more then 5 times and it only rings and rings and eventually hangs up. 2. I live at 22 Tasker Street, Unit 7. This is the 3rd or 4th complaint I've made.. the larger packages WILL NOT FIT in the small mail openings. Yes, the mail carrier may be able to squish it in on the back side, but from the front it will not come out. I have had to use a knife to cut up things to empty my mail box!!! I have damaged product and mail! Why can't this person put things in the larger box, leave at my door like a package... or place a note for me to pick it up. Now the door to my mail box is just about broken and my key keeps doesn't lock it well. I have to keep adjusting the lock. Not good when I'm standing in the dark or rain. Not sure why this keeps happening.

I have had neighbors bring pkgs to me this past week, twice. Pkgs are being left outside by the gang mail kiosk. Why are they not in the pkg locker? If lockers are full why are they not dropped on porch of my condo, which is under cover, which used to be?? This practice is not secure nor does it keep items out of the weather. Also I have noticed an increase in mis-sortted letters in mail box. Cascade Falls Condos

I live at 1 Seacliff Ave, Old Orchard Beach, over the past week or two my mail has been placed into an unmarked mailbox (in our entry area)with a note that the mail person is unable to open the mailbox (which serves several residents). I tried calling the 284-5971 # no answer. The mailbox the mail is being left in is a box used by the management company for internal use. I feel the mailcarrier should be getting a key that works or have the postoffice replace the lock. The management co. box in the entry is not opened every day and therefore my mail is delayed. I know other residents are also having this issue. Please let me know if and when this can be corrected. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Theo Ciampa
