14 acorn st Biddeford 1 floor got there mail today while the mail man just left without giving apt 2-3 mail knowing I know for 100% I got mail today why do you guys have the inform mail? If you guys don’t deliver your mail I have made this report multiple times I am going to make it so you guys stop delivering my mail and I go pick it up so I can make sure I actually get my mail on time.

I have been trying to find out why my pkg has been there for a week and not sent to the destination?? Automated phone calls not helping. It is not a great USPS they need to help people with there mail.

This must be the worst post office in the nation. Mail has not been delivered to me in over a week. I have informed delivery, so I know that I have mail coming, but it doesn't get delivered. I am not receiving bills that I need to pay. And no one will answer the phone when I call.

We have one particular postman who parks at the end of driveway and sorts his mail for 3-5 minutes.1) He dumps several addresses on our street in our mailbox. 2) Again today, two small packages out for delivery since 7AM. No mail. Packages rescheduled for 9/15/22! Except for this one person, we have never had a problem. What gives!

What is happening with our mail delivery on other end of Saco, we have had 3 pieces of junk mail in a week, which is very unusual for us. Just when delivery seems back on track, we are checking mail after 6pm. I realizes there is an issue with delivery people, but this is very disconcerting, esp when waiting for meds by mail.

Nobody answers the phone here. Im trying to call from out of state. Worthless whomever works there. No wonder why the USPS is dying.

Can not get a hold of anyone to answer a question! Waiting for an important package and it says delivered, but it did not get dropped at my apartment. So where did the postal service drop it?

ok so I keep getting my neighbors mail, and i keep giving it back to my neighbors, and I was supposed to receive a package it said it was delivered to the address but I never got it because they keep mixing up our addresses and now I don’t even know who has my package!!

Do they ever answer their phone? They sure get paid enough they could at least provide good customer service. I just need to ask a quick question about how long a package will be there that I need to sign for.

317 North Street. Arrived home at 5:10 pm March 14th with a large sized box shoved in my oversized mailbox so hard, I cannot remove it. It had to take physical force as I’ve been out twice to remove and can’t. I have the larger sized 50$ mailbox from Home Depot. I find this very rude and unacceptable.

changed my address on 2/27 for no mail to be del. after 28th. my buyer told me mail was delivered for a week after the 28th. This is now March 19 and I have still not received any forwarded mail. Saco said this is normal for it to take 10-14 business days. This is now 17th DAY !!!! very unsatisfied with po service !!

Terrible experience with Blonde Lady postal carrier. Saturday, Nov 17 inside of cathedral oaks. Completely appalled human beings like that in allowed near other humans. I pull up to my box prior to the carrier, maybe a minute or so. I pulled further back so she could front spot in front of the boxes. Ya'no, showing common sense courtesy. I got out of my car, walked up to my box in silence an opened it. Lady "I'm gonna be a while" - sassy tone Me "no worries, I haven't checked my mail this week, just getting what's already in here" giggle tone Lady "well, I would rather you didn't check your mail right now" sassy tone Me" well, I just got home from hockey, doing it now, its my mail, I am allowed to get it" Firm tone. Lady "you should have checked it earlierrrrrrrrrr" rude rude tone. Me "um nope, checking it now since I just got home and not like I know your schedule" Lady "ugh, you need to not check your mail now" loud rude tone. Me "I have never ever had a mail person not only say those things to me but I have never ever met a rude carrier, you are offically the most rude person I have ever had to encounter" Lady "bye" What a rude horrible human being.

I must say im not happy with the customer service given to me over the phone by christina. tracking number 9261299998825420516063 is sitting at the Saco maine location. due to it arriving there at 1027 am. phone service stated it wont go out for delivery till next day. I work at Patriot Subaru right around the corner from where my package is sitting. So I call to see if I can swing by and pick is up. Since ive been waiting 2 weeks for it. Was told in a rude manner that I can not pick it up Due to it would cancel the entire truck. I asked what she meant by cancelling the entire truck, and again was rudely answered back. That everything on the truck is linked to 1 number. To take 1 item off would delete the entire truck. I will have to wait till tomorrow. What frusterates me. 1. Im 3 minutes away from location where my package is just sitting there and I could easily pick up and then told I cant. 2 why would fedx deliver my package to the post office and not to the location it was supposed to be shipped to that is a mile if that away. 3 being rudely spoken to and not given any options to be able to pick it up. since ive always been able to pick up other packages at fedx or ups. But not able to pick up at the post office. Not happy.
