CAVLIER COURT APARTMENTS 38TH N POST MAIL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED IN 2 OR THREE WEEKS BECAUSE SOMEONE BROKE INTO ALL THE MAIL BOXES AND WHEN THEY DO DELIVER MY MAIL IS IN MY NEIGHBORS BOX AND IT CLEARLY SAYS LEE ON THE INSIDE OF THE MAILBOX REGARDLESS OF WHAT APARTMENT NUMBER IS ON THE MAIL. I CALLED TODAY ONLY FOR THE LADY NOT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT WAS THE POST OFFICE AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND NEVER ANSWERED THE 10 TIMES I CALLED BACK.... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SO WHAT ARE YALL GOING TO DO ABOUT IT???

Mail was left on top of the mailbox. One letter was a government check. Amongst other mail. I gave check to the person who it was issued to. I asked for identification before I gave it to the owner. Mail has been late. Not put in right mailboxes. Our normal mail person never does that. She is always on time and does her job well.

I just want to know why is that mail man runs when he WANTS TO? 2 TIMES OUT THE WEEK IF NOT 3? Come on guys? PPL are getting mail daily, it is no reason for the mail to be so delayed ANYMORE!! I work from home FOR THE STATE OF INDIANA, and I can not get MAIL ON TIME! It is ALWAYS a diff MAIL person, the mail comes right before the post office closes so I cant mail off PPLs INFO now that causes a delay in how some ppl get paid!!. Others get the wrong Mail! I have had to take my neighbor's mail to them many times. 46235 are OAKLANDON POST OFFICE!!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER PPL COME ON!!!

I’ve been waiting on a package for over a week now, and while I have reached out to USPS multiple times now, I still have not been provided with an updated tracking number or any possible idea when to expect my package. In the time I’ve been waiting I could have driven from my home in Indianapolis to Amazon’s headquarters to personally ask Jeff Bezos to buy all the stock in USPS and tank the company. At some point on a professional level, you all should be embarrassed.

Complaint about Jeremy (postman driving Pebblebrooke W Dr 46236 route). When delivering packages he does not wear a mask, doesn't wear gloves, and is not good at social distancing. He has delivered two packages face-to-face in the last week and seems to be oblivious (or ignorant) of the requirements. Please correct this as it's not the time to be flippant about this.

It is hard enough to sift through all that a family has to do when a love one passes... to add to the frustration is a postal delivery totally soaked and smeared because the carrier did not take time to close the mailbox properly in the earlier storm... what's up with that! those who use to deliver on foot WALKED and protected the delivery - what a careless way to do a job... inconsiderate would be a grade up! surely there are jobs you would like better so you have no responsibility for personal property.

In sleet and snow and...blah blah blah! Aren't mail carriers supposed to go the extra mile anymore? Our carrier did not want to help us retrieve our mail from our locked box. There are two stops in our neighborhood where there are locked boxes as we are in a mobile home community. We've always had trouble with our keys working properly and they stopped working altogether on Saturday. I was able to get to our carrier before she had finished the second set of boxes to ask if she'd unlock our box for us provided we show ID. She would not! She said she could not back track. "I could do it Monday but I can't backtrack." Backtrack?!? These boxes are on the same block and about 10 houses away from each other! They are literally within walking distance of one another! My elderly father relies on the mail for prescriptions and even with this info she would not take 2 minutes to get our mail. It's not like we lost our keys or this was in anyway our fault, our keys simply stopped working. Shame on you!

Absolutely horrible customer care and service at this location from the passport office. Posted office hours are irrelevant and clerks behind the counter were clueless of passport office personnel's schedule. Arrived with two hours remaining before passport office closing and the only clerk behind the counter was not able to assist OR provide time frame when passport personnel would return from "break". Over 45 mins later, passport personnel shows up and instead of servicing the line of customers waiting for passport service, he insteads intentially begins to help the shorter line of customers who require postal services, clearly to further agitate the already upset customers who've been waiting for him to return off break for almost an hour. Highly recommend for management to conduct enquiry of location's inept operation and ridiculous treatment of its customers.

The manager, Glenn, is very rude and has zero customer service skills. When you tell him his carriers have done something wrong, he gets defensive, denies it and calls you a liar instead of trying to fix the problem for you. The carriers are rude and dishonest as well.

This post office is the worst! They leave their phone off of the hook so you HAVE to go in their to deal with them. They are in no hurry to help you and they are rude! I've not had my mail delivered to me since before Christmas after putting in a change of address, then had to fill out a form the next day to stop the change when I found out I was not moving to the new address. Where is my mail?!! Guess it should be expected since it is a government agency!
